Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at been there for 5 years in a row and I’m going again in 4 weeks, all the staff are amazing, location is perfect, they can’t do enough for, I class them as close freinds, love you guys x.

I have recently stayed here and hand on heart will never return. it's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Service was horrendous, spider was found in food which then made me and my partner eat out every night and spend money we didn't plan to. When we tried to say about it we got blanked hand shook and he walked away. Never had this kind of service anywhere else. only plus was we had a sea view from our room. And that is the ONLY plus from the whole holiday stay at this hotel.

The best hotel in the world! unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to stay in it but it was so great that together with the girls from the hen party we came here. Amazing, friendly service. Barmaid Elena the best in the world! I recommend it with all my heart and I will definitely come back here! Love ❤️

Rested at the Pierre Anne hotel in mid-August 2018. The hotel consists of four buildings, we were taken to a room on the ground floor which is in an old building. Problems with the settlement was not arrived 14 hours, and after about 10 minutes of waiting, gave us 2 room keys. The room was of free: air conditioning, TV, fridge, kettle, Hairdryer. Safe — pay. Wi-Fi in the room paid near pool and bar — free. As the room was in an old building, the whole atmosphere of it was appropriate: old furniture repair, bathroom shower faucet was not in the best condition, the shower holder was broken. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Another problem is the ants. Went to the reception and they sent us a cleaning lady with a can of bug spray. It looked like a spray can, and sprayed on the breeding of ants is over. But the next day they appeared again, but at least in smaller amounts. How much room cleaners did not clean from ants and got rid of. With regards to cleaning, she was every day, but very superficial. Tables, stands, ashtray, all that remained dirty after cleaning. We have used Pierre Anne hotel on my occasions over the last years and will be returning as often as we can. A great retreat to relax whether you wish to go to the beach (which is literally 5 steps away from your room) or whether you just wish to spend a relaxing day at the pool. Excellent food at the restaurant — the double burger is highly recommended. Thank you for the great times. Serenity and relaxation right in the heart of Ayia Napa!

Very bad rooms and service and location.

Rested in June, the room was in the new building overlooking the sea. This is the most attractive in this hotel, so close to the sea in Ayia NAPA should still look the hotel! For his three stars very decent. Only here in the restaurant furniture to be updated)

Personally I loved the hotel and the view to the sea. Another thing to stress is gorgeous and clean rooms of the new building, is a perfect place to be on a honeymoon. Pool is always clean, girls in the lobby are cheerful but not a*s-licking and it's great. Food is good and is not pretending to be 5 stars, but I'd say that it's quite tasty. Only one thing as a con, nearest sandy beach is within 10 minute walk.

Calm atmosphere, small pool, seaview hotel, rooms are dirty and very humid, same as the showers and the toilets (ground floor). The Tv remote; the safety box key and the Wi-Fi are all paid. The buffet can be upgraded.

The hotel staff was rude. You're not allowed to bring a person not from your hotel to your room. But if you try the hotel staff starts shouting and threaten to call the police. I had a vacation at 26.05.2016 to 02.06.2016 in "Pete and Ana"-we are so affectionately christeneding the feast Anne, the location of the Super center of Aya Napa and the quiet location of the sea itself. Don't know how others but my room was clean for the night. Air conditioning not powerful, but coped. Insulation is also weak. Noisy neighbours to disturb. Wi-Fi 4 Euro an hour, 15 euros a day. Fed me morning and night. Even very well-fed. Overall, I like unpretentious tourist liked it.
