I loved it. <3 I strongly recommend. I hope we will return back :)

Unfortunately staff were not pleasant to deal with. No cocktails or soft drinks available at the pool bar. We did expect more, however was highly disappointed.

Great Hotel, just got back home, Hard Working Staff, spotlessly clean, nice warm Pool also on a quite beach and best of all great food and plenty of choice. Our first time in Cyprus. Loved the island will be coming back but may be to a differant part of the Island next year. **** Hotel with ***** Food. Recommended.

Room 414 I personally think is the best location.
Good food at the hotel. The lunch with very good and good food is served outdoors near the beach,. Snack bar on one has table service where you choose food from a menu, very good especially when we arrived at 15 and missed lunch.
Comfortable beds and incredibly efficient air conditioning in the room and throughout the hotel.
The sun loungers on the beach cost 2.50 Euro so that is a disadvantage. Incredibly nice and fresh air-conditioned gym. Five stars get it.
Nice indoor pool where you can swim in peace and quiet. Entertainment inconvenient for us adults, feels like you were back in the 70's and lived in cheap hotels.

Just had an amazing 10 day holiday in this hotel.
Well done to all staff for their hard work.
Our room was located in the annex building and was great great, spacious and very clean.
The restaurant and pool snack bar served wonderful food every day, enough even for the fussy eaters.
The bar staff were very pleasant and their service was great.
The entertainment team worked tirelessly 6 days a week to keep us entertained from morning till night, Thankyou and well done.
Would I recommend this hotel to my friends and family? Yes I would.

Massive thank you too all the staff at this fabulous hotel. Our first stay in Cyprus and it was awesome. The staff were all polite and very helpful, the hotel was very clean facilities were fab. And I must also add that the Thomas cook entertainment team. Louis, poppy, and lyndsey were brilliant 10 out of 10 guys thank you for making our holiday a week to always remember. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was in a very clean state, especially after the cleaning ladies came every day. It's pretty hot without the air-conditioner. A lot of people have complained about the loud activities, especially Karaoke. Our room was at the end of the hotel, closest to the activities by the pool, and I have to say that, if the windows are closed, then it's pretty quiet. The buffet was really good, and the staff was super nice. I would definitely refer this hotel to others.

Excellent customer service. Superb food. Very poor entertainment. Everyone who I have talked to has said the same. Pool also shuts at 1900hrs. Such a shame from the entertainment side as this hotel would have been one of the best I've stayed in.

Nice stay there, good facilities and friendly personnel. Beach is really close and can be reached from the pool area in a few minutes. It has a tennis court that the guests can rent for free. Beach towels provided too. Good variety at breakfast, alright at dinner but missing the themed evenings / food evenings you would expect in a 4 star hotel.

Brilliant Special mention to entertainment manger. Arrived around 11pm hungry and tired She explained where to get food across road and give us a quick resume of the area. When we got in room fridge had water sandwiches and cake in. Not a banquet but had next day for lunch Rooms could be bigger but clean with daily maid service. Choice and quality of food excellent. No one can complain about no English food available. All staff were brilliant and seemed to have pride in their work. Definitely will be back. Speaking to people who had stayed there for 12 oy more years so that says it all really.

Very nice and above all clean hotel with direct access to the sea. With a par steps you are already in the middle of the action of Aiya Napa, of which you do not notice any of them in the hotel. Food is also good and there is something for everyone.
I can only give a deep recommending.

Great Hotel, staff attentive, polite, rooms cleaned every day, the food in the restaurant is not repetitive, all very tasty cook. At reception The girls are very good, many thanks to Niring. It Is not the first time in this hotel and all the girlfriends are taking a rest. Thanks a lot!

Very clean rooms has everything you need for a comfortable stay-tea and coffee facilities in the room huge bed additional pillows table and chairs I side as well as outside on the balcony and a fridge. Has a shower and bath reasonably modern and complete with all the things you need, shower gel, shampoo, moisturiser. The food is buffet style with choice so even fussy eaters will find something at mealtimes. Not 5* but also not 5* money. Very good value for what you pay. Happy to recommend it and stay again.

Stayed here last year loved it so we're back again this year.

Many russian visitors. Small pool. You have to pay 3€ per day to get a place on the beach. Everything is a little old and used so no honeymoon location. Ok if you get a good rate and just stay for a few days but do not expect middle european 4 star. More like lower 3 star but good location. Average food comes from the buffet. If you dont like the taste, there are many good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is selfserve with coffee from a machine and no service.

Location Stayed here from 31 October to 20 November. We met in the second building, overlooking the sea. Breakfast and dinner were served, but upon arrival we were offered all inclusive! You can take 4 days and try what we did. We loved it, T to constantly a child during the day drank cocoa, juices, husband drank beer, for lunch and dinner drinks in unlimited quantities, tea. In the bar in the evening free cocktails. In general, we realized that it is very cool and profitable, and switched to all inclusive for the entire period of stay. On hand wear special bracelets, which is very convenient and do not need to explain that you are on full security. The hotel itself is simple, no frills, but it also liked it! Here more focus on attention, cordiality and very tasty cook cooks. For the whole period of stay in this hotel we were not bored with food. Constantly something new, meat of several kinds, shrimp, mussels, pasta, cheeses, fruits, fish, and all not listed. For breakfast kick pastries, croissants, envelopes with lemon or raspberry, braids with nuts, curls with cinnamon, crispy waffles. Just a bundle! The waiters are all cleaned, bring drinks. I would like to mention the older waiter Kostas and Antri. The hotel has a small playground, I would like to have on the playground set benches for adults. It is very tiring to stand while the children frolic. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea, just beautiful! Sunbeds, however, municipal, but you can sit right on the sand.

I don't understand how anyone with a free will can stay at this hotel. During daytime the hotel animation team annoys the entire Sandy Bay Beach area with their loud music and at nicht their absolutly terrible and way, way, way… too loud singers/animators keep everyone (even in the surrounding) Hotels awake until 12pm. Ignorant place, don't stay here!

Do not rent a room here. The staff is terrible. The restaurant is a disgrace. Old furniture, used out, low customer care and no interest in the visitors feedback. The bar crew is good, however, it cannot compensate for the lack of communication and the waiters will let you die of thirst before asking you if you need something. Great view and close by the beach. Cats are everywhere as you can see in the picture.

Loved our stay here. Food great. Rooms lovely. Staff brilliant. Cannot complain about anything.

For the four is excellent the only thing to come to the restaurant under the opening in an hour hard to find a clean table and the assortment is not the same but if long not sleep then the norm.

This place is amazing! So clean and modern. And staff are all lovely. The food is unreal. Not one thing to complain about! Definitely coming back.

First time to Cyprus and to the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel, I can honestly say it's been the best holiday yet! A big shout out to Mollie Penny Phil and Paul for not only being great entertainers but being a great a group of people, it wouldn't have been the same without them. The 4 star hotel is probably just because it is on the waterfront, just 50 meters from the sea. The room is small, the pictures from the site are beautiful, and in fact not particularly. The staff is very friendly. Were not in season (May 2017), so the poolside sunbeds were often free. Water in the sea for children is cool, there are algae. Nearby beaches Nissi and Landa more interesting, last preferable. There is an outdoor, indoor pool. The outdoor has a children's playground. Food is a regular buffet, nothing unusual. The room was very good.

Very good staff, homely atmosphere, excellent and varied kitchen, nice and friendly girls at the reception, the waiters are deft, recreation area within walking distance from the sea, indoor and outdoor pools, which is important for April and may. Rest 6 times and change the hotel there is no desire.

The size of the Executive room. Too small if we compare photos of the website that are false. And attention to the other side. The room overlooks the hotel next door. — Buffets aren't good and especially they never change. — Indoor pool too cold. — The staff is always nice and pretty much speaks neither french nor English. On the other hand, if you speak Russian! The waitress in the bar is not welcoming for a sub. — The outdoor pool is too small in summer if the hotel is full.

I rest I children 14 years and 2 years old. Overall the hotel is not bad but good enough. Pros: near the sea, lovely dinner, wonderful staff at the restaurant and bars, there is no language barrier and understand everything and talk! Cons: on arrival are accommodated in a room at 14.00 (I understand without children who is not a problem) and then to move in with us 1.5 hours repaired wardrobe, эл.
