The hotel itself is good, great location, less than 100 meters and beach. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly. But I didn't like the water flowing from the shower to the room and there were ants. But cleaned regularly)

It's pretty cool enough for a threesome! Fresh repairs, across the street municipal beach. The air conditioning is free. The room has a kettle and a hairdryer. Downstairs is a 24-hour access to an iron and ironing board. Nearby supermarket.

Great hotel and wonderful. The staff are friendly and friendly. I advise you to visit and relax in this hotel to everyone.

Close to the beach and a pretty view. The Food was alright but the long drinks weren't good at all. Still it is affordable and okay for that.

Very clean rooms, professional staff and their attitude toward guests are exceptional. Good location. Has a guest relations rep who can help to book programmes.

Staff was very helpfull. The receptionist gave all the information without having the chance to ask, also arranged for the airport transfer. Kia, the PR representative gave a lots of info about the places that are worth visiting and flyers. Beakfast not too abundent but ok. Pool with terrace and bar. A beach very close to the hotel (under 100 meters). Overall I highly recomend the hotel and I would gladly return.

I'm happy with everything. Hotel is with 3 stars, but you have a feeling that is 4. Staff is net, food is delicious. Nearby is Nissi beach. Center is located 10 min with the foot. I recommend further.

It's a nice hotel. Nearby is a beautiful beach.

Good hotel. Worth its money. Rooms and facilities are renovated, but rather small. No shampoo/body wash/conditioner in the room. Everything is very clean and the food is quite nice.

Pros:
1. It looks like a hotel after repair. All new, with brand-new.
2. Near the beach, marked by the blue flag. You can lie on the sunbeds of your pool and walk less than 100 m to the sea. Given that the umbrella and the beach are all 2 at the beach. Towels, you can save 100 euros for vacation.
The beach is excellent, pink and a few rocks for the lovers of diversity. There are children's places where there's shallow and there's room to dive.
3. Well fed. Rich and tasty.
4. Good clean pool. For bathing kids, there's even some inflatable circles and stuff.
Wi-Fi
1. The rooms do not give shampoo.
2. One side of the hotel goes to the nearby hotel and Bar, where up to 23.00, noisy concerts. So ask the number on the other side.

Nice clean hotel, food not great, we ate out most nights, Russian based very ignorant wouldn't t stay again.

In terms of friendliness, service and general feel this was a 5 star review. I've given 4 stars because the rooms are bit dated decor wise and the general facilities are a bit lacking. We did the half board option, and the food was lovely with a different dinner theme every night. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a real homely feel to it. Location was good (about 15/20 min walk to Ayia Napa center) and with a small beach opposite, but we did the 10 minute walk around to NIssi Beach, which I recommend as its very lively with bars and music further round or you can find a quite spot to relax. There were Pelicans that kept visiting the beach when we were there!

It's cool! Quiet, small, cozy hotel. Fed is tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful.
1 minute to the beach (you can return to the hotel for sunbathing on a lounger that much important, taking into account, as municipal, beaches). The Red Square (so they called the place with a huge accumulation of discos and disco bars) in just 30 minutes on foot. Recommend!

On your ☆☆☆ the line completely. Great location near everything, for families with children everything is there, the discos in 30min. Walk. Delicious food, local drinks 4. There is no animation, so noise in the evening either. The beach is clean, not a lot of people, has everything for a relaxing lazy holiday. Rested 2 weeks all inclusive with my son 14 years old. I liked everything in the sequel and tours take a minimum of 700€. All a pleasant stay. Were there on the advice of friends.

All four. The hotel tastier than in the city. Maid service every day. The beach is a minute. The staff are unobtrusive and cultural. Happy with everything.
