Totally chilled out. Very clean. Staff really very good. Food also really good.

Excellent value for money, clean and good location if you don’t want to be in the middle of a town, although there are bars and restaurants in walking distance. A small beach is just next to the hotel safe for families. The staff are all courteous and helpful, Maria and George in the dining room went over and above to see we were well catered for. Food is plentiful and good choice same as drinks, we chose all inclusive and would definitely recommend and hopefully we will come back soon.

This hotel definitely needs to be more than a 3*!
We arrived as part of a small party for a wedding at the hotel. From arrival the hotel staff made you feel like part of the family! The rooms are beautiful — we had a side sea view room which had a great view! The other party were in a suite with swim up pool — the only negative of the whole holiday is that these pools should really be adults only! People were trying to relax in the swim up pool with kids running round and diving into the pool.
The wedding day was absolutely perfect, due to COVID there was only 4 of us in total — the wedding team were great, Suzanne and Sheena from TUI was lovely and Stella in the spa was great with our hair and makeup! The wedding went perfectly and staff in the Thalassa restaurant were brilliant for the wedding breakfast, especially George — so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, we had the whole restaurant to ourselves, the food was unbelievable — it was simply perfect!
The all inclusive restaurant was always outstanding — food choice for everyone and never got bored of the food. I have a severe nut allergy and every day Maria the head waitress would greet me and serve me a delicious, beautifully presented dessert every lunch and dinner. She always went above and beyond to ensure I was catered for. Having been to many different hotels around the world I am used to avoiding any desserts due to my allergy so this was a huge thumbs up from me — maybe not the waistline!

A lovely 4 days spent at the great hotel friendly staff (especially the girl that made my omelettes! ) highly recommended.

This is the single most beautiful hotel we have been at! every day the food has been plentiful, hot and great choice! the drinks are great with lovely choices and the pools are beautiful. Not too cold and there's an adult only pool! rooms as modern and full air con! the 2 restaurants that the hotel allow you to use once on your stay are unbelievable! I can't tell you how different this hotel is from the some of the trip advisor reviews we have read!

Amazing place, with very clean and good facilities and rooms. Brilliant entertainment, and activities held through the day, ran by Eddie.

We have been home 2 weeks we love it here already booked for next year, tracey at the reception is amazing. All staff are so very kind and helpful never go anywhere else.

Right near the beach. Nice pool and food good. Rooms kept clean and most of staff friendly and helpful. Children's entertainment for over 10's not brilliant. Snack bar small and not open from 10-12 in morning and closes quite early in the evening. Shops only 5 mins away.

You would not believe this hotel to only be three stars! As someone with a severe nut allergy, they have in less than 48h already exceeded my expectations in catering to that. The waitress brought me an entirely nut-free dessert presented brilliantly with attention to detail. Wonderful staff and amazing facilities insanely close to the beach. Love it here. Will almost definitely be back.

Staying here for wedding food is good but hotel is basic and pool is salt water so is not ideal.

Amazing wedding held at the hotel. The views are stunning. Food was great highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback was that it was a mission to get to the toilet. Still worth a 5 star.

It's an amazing hotel. Family run. The family and staff are always helpful and friendly. Food is very good. We have Vicki who looks after our room as you can see she makes animals with the towels. Keeps our room so clean. All the hotel is very clean and tidy. Maria housekeeper has very good staff. Mike entertainment is very good.

Sorry for the late review we got married here 20 months ago and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived our experience was out of this world. They take care of every aspect of your special day above and beyond your expectation.
upon our arrival we were shown to our rom but to our amazement we were given a junior suite with swim up pool for our honeymoon. The food was fantastic the staff were amazing and we can not wait to go back. Anybody who wants to choose a wedding venue in Cyprus would be lucky to have this hotel to host your special day.

Everything IO, except that it goes to and from the dining room like a chilbi. You can't eat in peace. Far too loud!

This is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The food is of a high standard at every sitting and the drinks, although local are very good. Rooms are of a high standard and have all the amenities you would require. All in all a lovely hotel to stay at and the sea views and it's locality are also excellent.

3* hotel, it will handicap the Turkish 5* hotels. The territory has everything necessary for guests on the beach free sunbeds. There are two restaurants a La carte: Italian (can not walk, the same as in a normal restaurant) and Japanese (just perfect).

Lovely hotel, excellent cleaning and bar staff. Evening entertainment was brilliant. High five to 'Daffy' one of the barstaff, by far the best they have! Food was great, views were awsome. Lots of facilities.

Best hotel we have ever been. To this is our 6th year returning staff brilliant. Food fantastic. Animation team and shows fantastic. You would not be disappointed coming here on Holiday.

A little disappointed I must say. I asked for a 4 star all inclusive. I booked through first choice and it is a 4t but actually a 3 star. My bed was like sleeping on a rock but they gave me toppers to lessen the blow. Pool was described as massive — its not, and getting a sun bed involves the usual run to grab at 7am. There is an adult only pool. Swim up rooms are nice. Drinks are all in small cups but not at all watered down — avoid the long island iced tea as you will be sleeping quickly after one. Food is generally good and offers a good selection but as always in Cyprus pork features highly. The seating in the restaurant quickly gets filled at peak times. Service staff are waiting to pounce on your table and whip the plates away as you harpoon that last piece of fish. You get the impression there aren't enough plates to go round and they need them quickly. Rooms are a bit hit and miss. They have fantastic views if you are sea/pool side, but if you are at the front you get a view of a building site. I had a sea view double. The room was on the small side and there was some mold in the bathroom. The superior room was a bit larger and nicer. Entertainment team were good and hard working. Keep an eye out for Josh and his magic tricks. The bar and restaurant staff were very nice. The reception staff were generally unhelpful with a smile. I had asked for a late checkout at time of booking due to a night flight to be told on the morning this wasn't going to happen.

After returning home yesterday all I can say is a great big thank you to all the staff at the Pernera beach hotel.
From the entrainment staff to the waiting and housekeeping staff. What a great team you all make.
The food was amazing and never a day where you weren't spoilt for choice at all 3 sittings… only one niggle at breakfast … no runny fried eggs. So if you like to dip your toast. And I can say it is the best Tiramasu I have ever tasted and believe me I've had quite a few even in Italy … but your is the best ever.
The housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping rooms fresh and clean. Our maid was fantastic and took to leaving us various animals made from the towels but also she really appreciated the little bit of sculptured art we left her. Namely Sid & Doris made out of our clothes and towels will

A great little beach close by and good water sports
So would highly recommend this hotel for either couple or families. Great place to get married too as we saw 5 weddings in our 2 weeks. Thank you once again Pernera beach hotel for making our holiday very enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, great value and solid food!

First time in cyprus and I have to say I really like it. Im glad we picked this hotel. Its very clean. Excellent choice of food. Staff very friendly. Entertainment every night for kids and adults. What can I say perfect holiday thank you.

Had a great stay, everything was perfect expect the restaurant waiting time as it gets busy in the evening. Otherwise very clean great staff.

We can say an ant. Foreigners are going to sit on your sunbed, take your towels, we've got two times without a demand to take a mattress and swim as if it were them.

Best vacation ever! — I'm traveling a lot but I never had such a good vacation. It was so good so we even extended it for few more days! We've been here in April for an All-inclusive vacation. The staff in this hotel are more family the staff they will take care of everything you are missing! The food is amazing (They make awesome Pinacolada! The rooms are big! The location is good, on the beach and 10-15 min walking from Protaras. The entertainment at night is really nice also. Few bad things, When I was there in the begging of April it was extremely windy, so it was not the best for those who wanted to get tan. The GYM is OK but the big problem is that there is no air conditioner. I will defiantly advice to go their! Room Tip: After looking into sea view room we decided to take an inland view room cause we didn't think it…

Amazing place coming here for 7 years and it just gets better and better every year in.

The beach is very small, the rooms were quite good. Almost only Russian guests. The food was not bad, but also not particularly. Fruit is very poor. Also the evening program is nothing special.

Nice hotel directly on the beach. The food is good and changes every day. They offer a lot of animation programs. However there are no bigger shops, bars or other locations nearby.

I"ve just had my wedding there. Friendly staff, lots of facilities, sea view, pools, sports.

What to say about this hotel already arriving bad image in front of us a car park with cars a boat and well on a container with waste no green tree or flowers then in the hotel well modern welcome and that we had the map to go in the A bad surprise room a tiny room and a bathroom without a shelf to put its belongings and yet we usually have standard rooms but the all in the part whose hallway has not been remade room carpet ect by cons The or there are the C Hambres Superiors modern corridor own ect ect what a shameful difference the only thing that is well C is the sea view from the room to the level restaurant Simpas but always the same thing thanks to the waiters for their friendliness at the very small pool view the No rooms the brothel that it must be in summer to finish I would say that the hotel as a view of the exterior vague terrain with the abandonment of a few shops and some hotels apartment nothing more nearby PS beware you of the hotels being said renovated Z This is not always true.

The family was very relaxing for two weeks in 2012. In 2014, it is planned for three weeks. Very quiet place for family recreation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
