Disgusting hotel, terrible service, disgusting food, filthy rooms—I have absolutely no good things to say about this hotel. Even one star is generous. There are dozens of cats in the entrance and dining room. It smells of cat pee, and there's a lot of cat pee everywhere. The staff offer no welcome, service, or even a smile. The entire hotel is covered in mold.

★☆☆☆☆ Unsafe, Misleading, and Completely Non-Operational Hotel.
This hotel should not be accepting guests. What was advertised as a functioning resort was, in reality, an almost empty and non-operational property.
During our stay, the following basic services were missing:
• No running water.
• No warm/hot water at any time.
• No electricity after 5:30 PM.
• No food or functioning dining services.
• No activities and minimal staff presence.
• Most facilities closed or not working.
• A strong smell of gasoline throughout the property, creating serious safety and health concerns, especially for families with children.
I traveled with my family, including my child, and there was no food available, which put me in an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation as a parent. Additionally, my mother traveled from far away, spending significant time and money to be with us, only to arrive at a hotel that could not provide even basic necessities.
This experience felt like a clear case of misrepresentation. The conditions did not match what was advertised at the time of booking, and the environment was unsafe and unsuitable for guests.
We are currently seeking a full refund and are escalating this matter through the appropriate channels.
I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property until it is fully operational and able to provide basic services.

This hotel should NOT be accepting guests. It is practically abandoned and nothing works. When we arrived, there was no water, no food, no electricity, no activities, and almost no staff. The property is empty and completely non-functional.
I came with my family and had no way to feed my child, who was hungry and stressed. My mother traveled from far away, spending a lot of money and time just to end up in an unlivable hotel. This is beyond unprofessional — it is irresponsible and dishonest.
The hotel knowingly sells vacation packages for a place that cannot provide even basic human necessities. This is false advertising and a complete disrespect to guests.
We are demanding a full refund and will be escalating this case.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
