It only saves you the location, if you want to visit Buenos Aires (because it is 45 minutes from the airport). Inconceivable it has 4 stars. Rancio, stale. Clean, Wi-Fi. Little else to add.

Was offered this hotel after an Iberia flight got cancelled. Old, small, dirty rooms, looked like the hotel from American Horror Story. Depressing.

Its location is strategic and very central to not miss any tourist corner of the formidable city of Buenos Aires.

Very nice hotel, very complete, despite being old, has its modern details, eats rich and there is very good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable.

Hotel Presidente is a nice hotel located om the main avenue of Buenos Aires. It has a bit of a retro feeling with a CRT TV and the old fornitires but in the end is nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good but lunch was limited to only just two dishes.

Option that blocks if you pay good economic good. Rooms that stayed in the 80. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you don't have another…

The room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was very rich. The air conditioner broke and they couldn't fix it at any point in the 3 days we stayed. The fan that lent us to noise but no wind was pulling. And the window with the security lock wouldn't let us get in the air. So a little suffocating.

We got the rooms on the 13th floor for smokers where you can't breathe due to the strong smell impregnated in the carpets. We came from another hotel and were not given the option of choosing non-smoking rooms. The rest, well, with little maintenance the facilities and the bathroom extremely small.

Good place to stay. Good breakfast. Near all the MicroCenter.

Cigarette smell in the pieces. No wonder the caterer was smoking. Very nice beds. Total mistake when choosing the hotel.

It's not 4 stars. At the time it could have been luxurious, today it needs maintenance and a renovation. Elevators guys who don't give a basto. The girls rooms. Even more kids baths.

I think q this is all very correct… above all, it highlights the great care! Through old-fashioned fourth at least in the area Chancellor. It certainly has an excellent location for tourists.

It is currently equivalent to a two star near the obelisk.
The attention is good but both their aesthetics, their rooms and their restaurant are quite poor.
The price is ridiculous, they clearly charge for the location, if it's for something else, it's not worth it.

Most unprofessional manager ever! Not recommended. While the location of the hotel is good and the staff is very friendly, I would not stay here again even if they paid me. The hotel shows its age and it looks like the owners have not spent a dime since the 1990s when they did the last reno. It is dark, rooms are small, TVs that don't work, A/C or heating not working, depending on the time of year etc. Etc. The breakfast is pretty much the only good thing. Totally overpriced. The manager, Muriel or Mariel, who happens to be the owner, is just terrible. I have never witnessed somebody yell at her staff like I've seen her right there in front of guests. If this is not abuse I don't know what is. As a manager, she should know that you NEVER argue with an employee in front of other employees, much less other hotel guests. AND you should never yell to them. Talk to your staff, listen to them and that will go a long way. Shouting in front of others only embarrasses both staff members AND guests … We did not know what to do… and this was not a one time thing. We have talked to other folks who were staying there and they've confirmed this is not unusual. I expect my employer to respect me, show some basic decency and not be a bully, thus, I will not support a business that does not know how to respect its employees. And from my interactions with them, the front desk staff members were very professional, helpful and respectful.

The hotel is very good in relation to the price. They have an excellent buffet breakfast service. The upper floors have a very good view towards Avenida 9 de Julio.

The hotel is nice, the attention very good, but the rooms are not air conditioned, the bathroom very small and you hear terribly the bathroom in the room next door, the pillows harsh, impossible to sleep between the pillows and the noise of the adjoining bathroom. How good has functional music, gym (small), sauna and location.

It was the only option given by KLM-Airfrance airline company when our flight was canceled. I hope that KLM would enjoy the same experiance during stop over.

I was staying a year ago but the facilities are very old.

The location is very good, like that of so many other hotels. Now, the attention of the administration was very bad, zero willingness to give you some information, it seemed that with each order you they were doing you a favor. The air conditioning of the room is central, with which the heat that I spent in a suite supposedly superior wasn't spent on any side.

Yesterday me staying at the Hotel, spend your worst day! Start towards 30 ° and 100% humidity and there was no way heated room! I mori of heat, opened me the window, but with the noise of the street not could not speak! The elevators were broken and every time I had to go up or down I had 15 or 20-minute delay! To complete the bad night that pass my room upstairs neighbors put on a party! Terrible! incredible that 4 * the only good thing is the location and the garage, the other a disaster.

Highly recommended, the service, the attention, the pieces are all very good and the breakfast is the icing on the dessert, go is very good.

Perhaps, someday hotel and pulled on a 4*, but now «the smallness of the издержался». In room a little uncomfortable felt due to the fact that the door into the corridor is located directly in the wall of the room. Breakfast is so — so, meat practically nothing, and this despite the «meat» of the country. The hotel is located conveniently close to the Opera house on Central Avenue.
