Buena atención… excelente comida y limpeza.

They don't know how to protect the environment. That pool is outrageous. And what to say about the workers talking out loud at dawn.

Bad place, in the rooms heat besides that the current and water are gone. The breakfasts are terrible first because there is nothing and how little there is if it is finished because they do not replenish it. Very sad the truth.

It is a great location, I love the mojitos, the staff treated me with kindness and that has brought me back to Havana for the fourth time in four years, thank you all.

Good location in habana. Very rich breakfast. Hotel is old but very friendly staff.

I pass it super, it's already the third time we go and at least I love it.

Looks disappointing but go inside! Comfy, cheap, clean, central and the complementary breakfast is extensive with vast healthy options.

Pros: good location, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast, good supply of toiletries, clean room. Cons: water pressure to take showers was usually very low. At various times the water wasn't working at all. Wifi usually strong in the evenings.

Like many opinions, I believe that the Hotel is in a good geographic position, however, coming out of the hotel you pass by an area that inspires fear by the type of people who walk and see out there; the facilities within the same disappointed, being that the sheets are not comfortable, itchy, and in one of the meals in the breakfast, I came a stone. There are No tours of the city including, therefore, was not to our liking.

I've only been at the facility extrahoteleras as the pool and the lobby bar. But a very trabquilo.

Centrally located to access the historic center.

Dont go, bad, only 1 night. Noisy and no confort. Should be close.

Sleep — norms. Careful with the bartender in the lobby — if you pay immediately at the counter and then sit down at the table, it is likely that it will take to pay for previously paid goods. I had to explain myself. About linen on a nearby roof — not terrible, is perceived as local color.

OK lobbies, Internet access OK, efficient bartenders.
For the breakfast restaurant is OK, the buffets for lunch and dinner are to be avoided for their poor value for money.
Very dirty and dilapidated rooms.
Functional but not adjustable and noisy air conditioning.
Very poor housekeeping.

Downtown Havana. With a swimming pool in the center of the hotel. The food is not very varied at lunchtime.

Hotel Sucio, Ruidoso Discoteca al Piso 14. Our Han robado una muchilla con cosas de precios, por ejemplo mi camara de fotos y mas cosas mas.
We stayed for two nights at the St. John's Hotel in Havana. A horror! No light or water in the first room, one elevator on two walked, night club on the 14th floor, our were at the 12th! Icing on the cake, we were robbed a backpack where we had all the stay record and return tickets + more valuable things… and this in the room! Flee this hotel!

Terrible, dirty, with rooms of at least 50 years ago, but the most problem is the noise that comes from the road, unbearable.

One of the windows of the rooms fell down, and my friend hurt his hand. It is amazing how they can have the facilities as well.

By Havana standards, this is a comfortable place in easy reach of everything you want to see. Breakfast is decent, the restaurants in the hotel are a good fall-back if you don't want to go out, the staff are helpful and the nightly entertainment in the lobby is great. Wifi in the lobby and computer room is a plus, although the hours when you can buy your access time are inconvenient. I didn't use the pool or the gym but it's nice to know they're there.
