We had a three night stay here and it was an excellent experience. We arrived early and the hotel reception couldn’t have been more accommodating for us. The bar and waiting staff were superb throughout out stay. The room was spotless and offered amazing coast line views from the balcony. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Split.

I absolutely recommend staying and enjoying this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly in the right sense. Nice, clean, made with a sense of well being. The rooms are very spacious and have a nice view from the balcony. I had dinner the best Pleskavica ever. The food is delicious and can accommodate any desire for cuisine. SPA and swimming pool added value to the hotel. The car garage that is bright, guarded and clean is also very welcome. Super hotel, super staff and feel good small team collective of homeliness. Just returned from a week at Hotel Fanat. A fantastic hotel situated opposite the beach. And a short drive to the centre of Spilt. Staff at the hotel are always welcoming, friendly and have a smile on their face. Rooms are clean and modern, and have everything you need! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting and staying in Spilt. We were sad to leave.

Excellent food. Good prices compared to UK. Friendly, efficient staff. Well worth a visit to sit outside on the terrace on a late summer's evening. Bliss.

We only used the restaurant in this hotel but was first class all the way. The food was great and we are guided to get best food for reasonable price. They made us feel very comfortable. Wine was great. Food esseptional. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Hotel on the sea. The staff were kind. Parking inside. Restaurant good and prices are in the norm. All the morning cleaning in the room.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast is very good.

Rooms are really nice and comfy with amazing spacious bathrooms. Balcony with sea view was just a plus.

Top service. Excellent quality food and very reasonable prices. Very friendly and efficient staff. Visited 4 times in one week. Highly recommended.

Hotel:
The overnight stays at the hotel were very pleasant. The hotel room was large and clean. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful bathroom. The shower could still use a larger shower curtain, otherwise you can sometimes put the bathroom under water.
The room was also very comfortable to three.
Despite the open window we were able to sleep well, the surroundings were quiet and waking up overlooking the sea was great.
The pool is nice and clean, the gym small, not well ventilated but it was enough for the sit ups between through.
The staff is very friendly and tries to take care of all questions and concerns quickly.
The location is super relaxed, it has a small shop around the corner, a bus stop and the sea in front of your nose.
If you're well on foot, you can walk along the promenade to downtown.
For those who come by car, the hotel offers enough parking.

The food was always delicious, we raved for the Lavacake!
Breakfast was varied and good, but the cheese platter can still be improved.
There were sausages, cheeses variously prepared eggs, fruits, vegetables, cereal, salad, and sweet pieces.

The staff were very nice, breakfast and dinner so plentiful! Great cleaning! Very comfortable beds. Only flaw : do not explain to you if you have the car how the payment method works for public parking (since it is all paid) and therefore we took a super fine and even when we asked for information about how gentirate the answers were very Vague… And there is no fridge bar in the room so we were forced to go down continuously to buy water. That day I was alone all day, it was February, to be racommanded

Excellent hotel for a great price. We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was good. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Good size room and bathroom with a modern look. Staff were very nice and very friendly.
The beach across the street is not the most beautiful but the water is nice and it is a very lively atmosphere.

Very friendly staff and the rooms impeccably clean! Good Food! Employees, as well as the owners are trying very hard, the guests to satisfy. Breakfast for Croatia is well above average! Not quite as cheap, by the good beach front location. Many Thanks!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very modern, service was excellent, clean facility, and the restaurant is very good. You also have the pubic beach (free) across the street. This hotel feels more like a fancy bed and breakfast due to its small atmosphere. I would stay here again.
