Very sympathetic staff, good food, totally nicely set up with pool slide children's pool and mini golf.
Would recommend it to anyone.
Are totally happy that we got this at short notice.

Excellent place to spend summer vacation.

Have explicitly communicated in the booking our arrival time, unfortunately did not work! The so-called restaurant is a Mediterranean decorated station hall.
It is clear that the background noise in a children's hotel is high. However, the existence of this is still to be drowned out by a penetrating "music sound system" makes the stay in the restaurant almost unbearable! Will certainly have the reason that does not take too long for stay at the buffet! Luckily we only stay one night, not imagining having to spend a week here! 👎

Very nice staff in all departments (reception, bar, restaurant, kitchen, service, maid…) all are eager and very helpful. We had a great holiday and would love to come back.

I would recommend everything, especially the pool and their delicious food. This hotel is amazing. Also, everyone is very welcoming.

We have now spent 10 days there. It was great for our children 5 and 7 years old. A very family-friendly hotel. The room was a bit small, but it was enough :)

Perfect family-friendly property, very well organized and well-maintained, recently renovated with beautiful outdoor space (two swimming pools and much more), very young but adequate staff, really nice animation. Discreet and varied All-Inclusive food. Mainly Austrian, German, Italian clientele. Beautiful location, well served and less chaotic than Krk.
Small addition to my review, I forgot to mention actually the only limit detected: I do not know the others but my room for two adults and a four-year-old girl, although very pretty and functional, was really small. With the open bed chair for the little girl there was practically no place to support the trolleys. Chances are there to be larger rooms at a higher cost…

I have really enjoyed my stay there. If you have children, the experience is even better. Food is tasty, you can see the effort of cook staff and waiters.

I spent 4 days in this hotel. Nothing to say about the comfort of the Chamber, the generally impeccable housekeeping, no less the availability of the insiders. Two things, however, I must point out: the first is that only one of the recepsionists spoke Italian to the others. The second is the following: they advertise the cuisine, I carry back what they write: ""a culinary journey through the Mediterranean culinary delights with influences of Italian and Croatian cuisine"". It's not true at all. There is nothing about Italian cuisine. My wife and I for 4 days fed each more of pizza at lunch and dinner because Italian never cooked anything. Therefore I invite the managers of the property rather than write crap and make false advertising, to hire an Italian chef who also satisfies our palates not only those of Germans and Austrians from breakfast to dinner. My Euros are worth as much as theirs. Unfortunately, however, they binge on their food and if there had not been pizza we would have starved to death. And believe me, four days cost a bang. What I have written is the result of my own experience.

It was a fabulous holiday. The hotel as the fantastic staff. I really enjoyed the cuisine, varied and of excellent quality. The structure is organized at the top.

I had a wonderful time here and I'm sure I'll come back next year. Stuff is great, especially boys and girls on reception. I recommend Falkensteiner Hotel Park Punat to all the guests that want to have some fun and great time on the sea!

Excellent cuisine. Nice staff. Beautiful rooms. The rooms could be a few square feet larger, which counts especially for the bathroom. It would still be nice if there were a small laundry stand on the balcony for the swimsuits. Towels for the pool is provided. All TOP entertaining evening design with children's disco etc. We will certainly be back.

The hotel is really modern and ideal for families. It is very close to the ocean and the beach is in just 10 minutes walking distance. Our 2 year old daughter really enjoyed the environment and our first family holiday together couldn't have been better. The whole staff is really especially friendly and it was not a problem to clean the baby bottles… We enjoyed the really delicious food, though it can be a little bit challenging to meet the food times with a toddler. But therefore we really appreciated it, that it was possible to take some food to the room for later use. The room setup was really very generous and comfortable. We enjoyed to have a living room extra to the sleeping area. The hotel is widely accessible, how we experienced it, it is possible to take wheelchair/buggy through the hotel, only the pool itsself is not totally accessible. The playground for kids was really nicely arranged and the favourite place of our daughter, despite the kinderdisco, where the animators really made a big impression and the dance moves are still practiced here at home. The pool area is really beautiful. Though the water was a little bit chilly, but perfect for a waking up from a lazy nap at the cozy lying chairs. We also liked the surroundings, which invite you for boat trips, or nice walks around in the area. It is possible to borrow bikes at the hotel with a child seat, which was really a great thing to do as a family. In total we really enjoyed the holiday!

Attachment: Quite generous. Plenty of space on the lawn. Pool excellent.
Food: Buffet visually beautifully prepared. Food excellent in taste. Choice fits.
Rooms: A little small, especially the bathroom. The exception is the rooms of the highest category.
AI: Only up to 22:00h. Then cash payment. Selection of AI drinks very meagre. Beer and wine not of the best quality.
Verdict: Price performance total O. K.

Very good hotel, price performance very good, eat well, staff always helpful. For holidaymakers without children it could be too loud, just a family is hotel. Otherwise fully recommended.

Our stay was one of a kind! We arrived at the hotel hours before normal check in and they had the room ready for us. We were in by 7am! The staff are out of this world. Your satisfaction is their goal. Special thanks to front office staff. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Excellent place. A lot of positive energy and good vibes. Beautiful position near the sea. Stuff is extremely pleasant, friendly and nice. Especially Susan and Martin from kids animation team. They are great and kids love them! Most of all, I'd like to give "high five" to Food and Beverage team, they are so creative and the food was excellent, tasty and fresh all the time. And chef Ognjen was the most pleasant surprise — he was so kind to talk to us, guests, even he had so much things to do. I highly recommend! :) )

I feel lucky to have found such a jewel amongst the pebbles. I can't find anything to complain about our stay there. Personal is very welcoming. They put a real effort into meeting all of their guest's needs. Rooms are very spacious, bright, warm and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. If you want to have a great vacation, I would suggest you to come here, as I already suggested to all of my close friends.

It's one of the best hotels I had the privilege to visit with my wife and kids. I would definitely recommend it to anyone whos looking for the home away from home.

Nice right by the sea. Must arrive at Falkensteiner first.

Was 2009 my first visit to Croatia. Is not a Nobel hotel, but affordable, clean and with friendly staff.

Recently restored. Utmost attention to the customer. Varied all inclusive Menu can cater anyway. The fifth star when they begin to organize the activities of the other Falkensteiner.

We are very satisfied, all very clean. The dining room bright and friendly, with sea view.

Dear Falkensteiner team!
First of all, the positive things:
the whole staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and the choice of food very large, the facility is superficially also very nice.
Now to the negative:
If I had to describe the hotel quickly I would say a very nice RENOVATION hotel, which is a great pity, because it is "new". I know that the construction work is not yet complete, but I am talking about areas that are already finished! Socket in the room hangs out, toilet lid wobbles (even on the public toilets) toilet paper holders all crooked, silicone joints tw. 3 cm thick and smeared, painting very poorly done, in the bathroom on the ceiling were many brown water stains, in the room no wardrobe or similar to hang for jacket. Rooms and especially bathrooms very small.
But what I think was an absolute no go are the meal times. Lunch from 12:30 and dinner from 19:00 are viiiiiiiel too late (especially with children)! Eh clear that then everyone storms to the buffet at the same time and the waiting times are accordingly long! Even with the seats it became scarce, so that families had to split up, because there was no table left! A small children's buffet at children's eye level would also be quite nice!
Animation virtually non-existent!
Personally, I have never been to a Falkensteiner hotel, but I was once told Falkensteiner, always Falkensteiner! I can't sign that!

Nice bar in a nice town. Worth a visit if your in the area.

Beautiful family hotel, specially for the familija with a small kids. Dog friendly hotel.

Small castle in the center of Krk but very nice.

Rooms are pretty small especially for kids but very new and clean. There are a baby pool and a big pool, very nice and clean. The area outside is big, you easily find a place to sit even during the day. The floor outside is not that good, it is very slippery especially with wet feet. The all inclusive is very good for drinks, there are water, juice, wine, beer and coffee. But the food is not so special, a lot of meat and not many fish options. The dining area is really hot and there isn't air conditioning. The elevators are slow and small (fit barely one person with a stroller).

Great hotel with a splendid pool and a breathtaking sea view.

Destroyed one of the most relaxing places in Punat. They cut many old trees only in order to build a pool (next to the sea). Exchanged natural beauty for squared bad looking concrete sculpture of greed.

Good welcome, very sustained attitude. For eating you can say that it is good, maybe excessive too. The rooms were clean. Little clean and dirty towels found.
Comuqnue remains a valid hotel, for those who do not need many comforts or what, just for the season.
