No Wi Fi, they send us to anotjer location than the one they show in the photos.

I assume that I am a person not too pretentious, but this exceeds all limits, considering the fact that we are talking about a room of more than 100 euros per night. The hotel was not what was required having been located in what has been called " annexation ", 3rd floor without elevator. Leaving aside the corridors, the cleaning tools, we finally arrive loaded with suitcases in the room: doors that did not close, carpet to take warts just to look at it, shower with clogged exhaust (so not the maximum of hygiene), absence of the door siphon (so impossible to wash), moldy curtain of at least 20 years old, lightning bulb. This is the bathroom. The bedroom even worse: 2 separate sunbeds, covered with wool (perhaps because the room had not been open since December or perhaps to delude us at the entrance that it was a cool room), EXCESSENCE OF AIR CONDITIONED (and I assure you it was a hot not to breathing, being the room exposed to the sun all day), bedside lamps without bulb. Finally, the windows and therefore the blackouts did not close completely, which not only prevented sleep because of the light, but also for the great bang that lasted well until 5:30 (which is not up to them, but that could have been avoided by having air condiz windows that closed.

Shame on you. But how can anyone say he's okay?
A hotel can be old and another thing is that it is neither taken care of nor cleaned.
The photos posted on both Google and Booking are unrealistic.
The only truth is that it is on the same edge of the sea, otherwise dirty, dangerous, unhealthy.
Too bad I have to put a star on it because he doesn't even deserve it.

Location is good no Aircondition and fan v small, no room servise at annex bldg If planning summer don't book.

Terrible hotel not worth any amount of money. They gave us a room that had a broken window that faced directly into a wall so we had no natural light in the room. No ac. We were provided with a tiny dirty fan. The sockets were hanging out of the wall. The window in the bathroom had ivy growing through it and the bath didn't drain properly and there was no wall fitting to even put the shower head up to have a shower. The room was not like anything that had been advertised! We complained after the first night. I could tell they knew exactly how bad the room was and they were just putting people in there and hoping they didn't complain. They moved us without even looking at the room to see what the issues were. The second room was much better because we had light coming into the room from a balcony. However there was still no AC. There were 2 sockets in the entire room. The bathroom was filthy. There was a ring of brown water around the toilet where it meets the tiles. While we were there the electricity for the hotel shut off twice. The hotel is in a great location and we wouldn't have minded the shabby furniture and lack of sockets. However the filth of the bathroom, the broken windows, and the clear fact that they put us in the first room knowing it was a disgrace is not something I can forgive. It was clear they were just trying to scam money out of their guests. Do not go to this hotel.

No Wi-Fi in one of the residential buildings (the main lobby is). There is no elevator in the residential building (but it is not very critical, as only three floors in the building). Repairs have not been there for a long time. Breakfast is normal. Of the pluses: price and location by the sea and the city centre.

Was placed here by our tour group… not by choice. Only redeeming factor is the location, the place is an absolute dump otherwise. Spend the extra couple of bucks and stay at a proper hotel.

This was a terrible hotel. My tour group was placed in a disgusting annex building with stained carpets, peeling and moldy walls, dust everywhere, and a mold/wet dog smell. We had booked 2 nights, but refused to stay the second day. At the free breakfast (100 kuna for non-guests) I found half of a roach that had been sliced along with the fruit. There are so many better hotels and hostels in the same price range so do not waste your vacation time or money here.

We had a lovely time in Hvar. Accommodations were excellent, the breakfast fantastic and the staff was so helpful and pleasant. We would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The rooms on the top floor are very very hot and do not have air conditioning. He needs reform.

Despite the great location and the breakfast terrace, it's just as disappointing as the previous reviews have stated. The reception staff are nice and friendly though, it's them who earn the second star (or maybe both. )

Confirming other reviews; — false advertising, another building 200m away — rooms are NOT the ones from pictures — no hot water — shower holder broken — 4 missing laths and 2 broken — moldy yellow walls — found nails on the floor — no A/C — no Wi-Fi — painting all over the carpet and balcony — actually had a guy helping us carring our luggages until he literally walked faster (my gf had injured foot, we were slow) and lost us in the building without the telling us room number. Not kidding. We had to check 2 floors, 4 halls to find him. — breakfast was funny too; guy was killing bees by drowning them in the marmalade. We asked to be paid back, got a 10% as "sorry for he inconvenience". View on the sea is great though.

This hotel is an in incredible location, the view from our balcony was amongst the nicest I've seen and it was perfectly situated for the bars, restaurants, and clubs in Hvar. The decor is perhaps overdue a revamp but it was clean enough. For the cost it was about as good as could be hoped for.

Terrible place! To echo comments by others, location and views are fantastic but these are the only pros with this hotel. Rooms were dirty, bits all over the floor, dated bathrooms with broken shower heads and cracked tiles, no AC just a silly desk fan plugged into the only spare plug socket. Very poor security as front doors to rooms were light weight with ill fitting locks. Communal doors were left open 24 hours a day, so you couldn't leave anything of value in your room. I recommend that the owners undertake a full internal refurbishment if they want repeat customers. That said I didnt let the hotel ruin my visit to Hvar, the place is absolutely awesome!

The second worst place I've ever stayed in. The first cost me £2 a night. On that basis I would say this was worth a reasonable £6. The rooms were poor. No power sockets, uncomfortable beds, no AC, flimsy doors and a dirty bathroom. The breakfast was an impressive 5/10. The view and location is its only saving grace. If you just need somewhere to sleep off a drink, it's ok. Anything more, I'd look elsewhere.

I loved this hotel. It has a discreet Middle European charm, a fantastic view from the breakfast terrace onto the Franciscan Monastery opposite and we had a great view from out first floor loggia onto the whole bay of Hvar. I loved the old-world bathroom with a high built-in bath you really need some effort to step into, which I found endearing. The room does not have AC, but we consider air-conditioning unhealthy anyway and as the walls are thick it was naturally cool. Breakfast could have been better, but it was OK. The only downside were hordes of drunk lowly Brits who screamed at around 4 a. M. Coming onto the city/hotel beach to jump and show off. Otherwise, a charming offer for an affordable price.
