Review of Hotel Gostiniy Dvor Knyaz Golitsyn 3*

We first came here in 2016. Admired the marble surrounding us, the bared breakfasts and great service. The hotel could match Hilton. Ato and surpass. This year they built a route specifically to live in Golitsin. We drove in anticipation. And came to a completely different hotel. The attitude towards the guests has deteriorated. During the time we lived (5 days) we did not clean the room at all. The plate with a request for cleaning (we hung it for 3 days) was defiantly hung inside the room. No hint of cleaning. For the 4 thof a day she couldn't stand asking at the reception what was going on. There I was swarmed that cleaning is done every day, and clothes change every 4 days. They sent a cleaning lady. The girl came running and asked what she should do. I've done ONLY what I asked for. In the rooms of mats there is no sand to walk unpleasantly. We wouldn't have hung toilet paper if I hadn't asked. The same applies to towels. I quickly allowed a vacuum cleaner (not all over the room even) to replace the towels and paper and ran away. We didn't understand what it was. We haven't changed our underwear either. But we didn't care. About cleanliness. They don't clean the plumbing. By the way in the sink we had a wild blockage all the way. There was no pressure in the shower watering hole either. Insects are crawling. I'd like ants. So wet and panzers. We also had a bee above the bed. The web is everywhere and the mussor under the bed. Even in the cheapest hotels, we've never seen anything like it. I also recommend that you take shampoo with you. We haven't had our vials updated in five days.
