I had a great day aboard the Maxina for a two tank dive. German, our captain, was super good and so helpful — good hands indeed. Buck and Amy Beasley were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble, the dives were amazing, as a novice diver, I felt totally safe under their guidance. Oh, and they were great fun too. From the friendly guard at the gate to the helping hand with my gear, everyone at Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort were amazing. Absolutely highly recommend anyone to enjoy the people and facilities. Going again very soon!

Beautiful place delicious food but the attention of the staff is the best of all bartender in the pool made us every afternoon great, bayron super attentive and polite, julian in the cayat made the experience unforgettable… 5stars.

We came last week as a excursion on Harmony of the Seas and the rented 3 bungalows! The resort was awesome and the staff was amazing. We also had our meals and drinks delivered to us and it was amazing! We highly recommend this resort to anyone! Thanks for the wonderful time! Also let Hendry know he was amazing also!

The staff was absolutely incredible! The bungalows were gorgeous, and the food was delicious!

The rooms need remodeling, it took them 3 days to scrub the mold from our bathroom. The food was poor, the resort is noisy and several days a week they bring in cruise ship passengers that take over the resort. There is loud music, and there is insufficient staff for the resort guests. The gardens are poorly tended. I would never recommend this resort.

We had a fab vaca and dive trip at Turquoise Bay. The diving was beautiful and the staff bent over backwards to make sue that we had everything we wanted and more. The food was delicious all day every day and the service was awesome. We can't wait to come back here again!

Got married here, was so much fun. They did everything for me, no stress at all. We had so much fun… Hotel is quite, staff is great, food and drinks are great and amazing views. Oh snd a donkey thst walks around property. A must.

Great Experience and Great place to relax and unwind. Excellent service, Beautiful views, Tranquil shoreline and delicious food. I plan on coming back again and again. The best part is it is quiet and out of the way of the craziness in other parts of the island. Subway Diving is onsite and they are a great outfit as well.

Great dive resort with friendly and helpful staff. It helps if you know/understand a bit of Spanish but it isn't necessary. There are plenty of staff members who speak English.

Turquoise Bay went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Great quite resort the staff was incredible, the food was great, the diving beautiful and relaxing. The dive staff was unbelievable we just jumped aboard the boat and they had all our gear ready to go. Could not be happier with Turquoise Bay.

I gave him 3s stars pork in what k is, the food is well the best thing is the drinks the bedrooms but more is like for elderly people plYa I do not taste much.

After the Agency had closed a few months ago the agreement and prices with this establishment and having made it clear that it was 35 people from a Spanish diving club who were traveling in September 2018, we found the unpleasant surprise that they have sold our pre-booking without giving any kind of notice or explanation, with the consequent organizational disorder for both the agency and the whole group accustomed each year to travel to all parts of the world. So in no case do I recommend Turquoise Bay Dive, these gentlemen are unpresentable. Attention to the prospective client I recommend that you make sure you have clear the reservation of your room before traveling or changing hotel establishments, because the word of these people is worthless and you can get a surprise when you arrive. Thanks a lot. They may delete my comment but I have also done it on Trip Advisor and where I find a place of opinion of the different tourist operators and wholesalers.

Very nice remote place about 40 min from West Bay car.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. The resort itself is beautiful. We had a great time snorkeling. The staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. Beach and underwater experiences are the best. A lot of activities to do. We will definitely be returning. Only thing I would suggest to to bring bug spray. Otherwise, top notch! Unforgettable experience.

This place is an amazing dive resort. I can't believe how amazing and helpful the staff are with all our diving needs. The picture is of the view from my room. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing the horseback ride tour was great and you can tell they take really good care of their animals. I will definitely be returning to this Resort.

My GF and I went for a week stay. We are both scuba divers. I had a bit of a time making reservations. First, I was told they didn't have rooms on the dates I wanted. Then, they did, but we had problems confirming and making the deposit. I was rather nervous after how much trouble it was to make reservations. When we arrived, the island was beautiful. The airport was tiny (expected) and security was a bit annoying. The driver picked us up as promised and took us the 40 minute drive to the other side of the island. The roads were… well… pretty bad. We started to get nervous. However, we got there and the place was lovely. The beach was lovely. The buildings were quite picturesque and well maintained. Then, the service began and it was really incredible. Meals are included in the package. The dining hall is spacious and clean. Tables are reserved with you name on it. Coffee and tea is always available and I never found the bar un-staffed. If you came in between meals, they were always ready to get you a snack. They asked; you don't have to. The meals had a bit of 'sameness' to them over the week, but every meal was somewhat different and always hot and well prepared. Presentation was also nice, with carved melons and such decorating the serving tables. The room was clean and spacious. The floor was tile. The views were nice. Rooms were serviced every day. We only had one time that we didn't have plenty of hot water. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Back from a fabulous dive vacation at Turquoise Bay Resort! Location is amazing, of course, but the best part is the welcoming, friendly and attentive people. They took great care of us, always with a smile! The food was great and creative too. The onsite Subway dive crew were wonderful too, good boats, equipment always ready for us, and again more friendly and happy people, felt like diving with friends! Our group will be back, and I recommend it to everyone!

This is the perfect place for dive enthusiasts. Osmond, our dive master was superb. The dive sites are great, varied and marine life is plentiful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All the staff do everything to make your stay the very best. The food was excellent with lots of variety. Highly recommend this resort.

I have been trying to confirm my reservations for three weeks. The US number they provide seems to go to a couple of women on cell phones who tell me rooms are not available when the hotel says they are, or they tell me they can't make reservations and I need to contact the hotel via email. The email from the hotel tells me to make a deposit on the website, but the website is not secure so my bank declines the transaction. When I asked the hotel via email if I should make the deposit via paypal (indicated on the website), they stopped responding entirely. I now have flights schedules and paid for, but the hotel will not tell me if I have a place to stay when I reach Honduras, let alone if I got the rate I was supposed to get for booking in August. I'll update this review if things change for the better, but it looks like a scam at the moment. I hope these other reviews are genuine. Dwj.

Im giving them 3 stars due to our camera missing. We took two cameras with us and the afternoon before lunch we were looking at them. I took one to lunch and left one on the bed> When we came back it was gone. As for the rest of the trip I give it 5 stars. The diving was great and loved the staff.

They treat you like royalty no matter what. They are so kind, generous, and friendly. The Dive Crew is Spectacular!

The diving here is excellent! Very organized and well run dive shop/operation. Short boat rides to many great reef diving opportunities. Super friendly Dive Masters and staff. Top rate service. We booked a week long diving package and have not been disappointed. Three meals a day and very clean accomodations with ocean views. Highly recommend this location!

The best place to exit is the routine that will assist you as you deserve, the best care of the island, you must visit!

Hotel with good views. Need urgently a renovation. Staff helpful and pleasant. Acceptable foods. Quality price medium. Possibility to use canoes in the price of the accommodation. A multitude of mosquitoes who will these oils the stay.

This place is the total package you would want. The food is superb the staff is impecable from the moment you step out of the airport when they pick you up to the time you leave. They basically wait on you for every need. The dive shop was superb taking you to different and great dive site on every tank. All local dive sites are approx 10 min away with some further. I just cant say enough about tourquoise bay resort and subway watersports. I will definately be a return customer. Well done.

This place is very clean and pretty. It is very out of the way, so only come if you plan on driving a lot to see the rest of Roatan.

The service was excellent. All the employees went above the norm. Any requests were immediately responded to. I had never experienced that kind of service before anywhere.

My gf, her sister, and I were just on a Carnival cruise that stopped in Roatan. We booked our excursions through Expedia to save money and we were very happy with the two hour snorkeling package with the resort (Subway Watersports). This was our first cruise so we did not know what to expect, also we did not book the excursion through Carnival so we were not sure what was going to happen once we left the safety of the port. It was about a 10-15 (about 5 minutes outside of the port) minute walk to where we met the Subway employees to drive us to the resort. The directions to the meeting place were understandable, and a bunch of different excursion companies were standing around and helped us quickly find the correct guide. The three of us quickly left on a private bus ride which was nicely air conditioned. On the way we got to see the beautiful mountainous countryside and local villages, we even stopped for two nice photo-ops that just took a few moments each. After about 30 minutes we arrived at the resort (we didn't even know we were going to a resort). Upon arriving we met the many employees that worked at the dock, about half of them were locals, and the other half seemed to be fellow Americans (or something close) that were working on getting their master scuba certs and also working with tourists on dives and snorkeling. The staff was great, they totally put us at ease. We were able to go out snorkeling with just the three of us and three staff.
