➜ Go every year, relatives working there. The base is great, rooms from economy to luxury class, very inexpensive, food is tasty, inexpensive, there is a separate cafe, lots of space, beautiful, and most importantly — FROM the BASE TO the SEA 50 METERS! Quite a bit to go. In General, would recommend!

We rested at the hotel in July 2020. The price matches the quality, I was looking for a cheap hotel to be quiet and close to the beach, Flamingo is on line 1, we took the cheapest room Soviet-style furniture, but sturdy (NO INSECTS! ). Toilet and sink in the room for two soul on the wing (no queues), hot water no problem, sea view, Wi Fi in the lobby, the area is clean, in the dining room the food is tasty, the food prices are affordable. On the ground floor you have a washing machine (Laundry room), microwave and iron (always free) access throughout the hotel video surveillance, housekeeping independent. In the gazebo, a shed with sofas, barbecue, a small Playground, swing, sandbox, lots of flower beds. For peanuts the rest is SUPER!
