Did the hotel reservation through booking with 02.09. On 05.09. When arrived at hotel found that the doors to the hotel closed. Call the telephone number on the booking, we were told that there are no rooms available, and we can not settle. To the question as there are no available rooms if we have a confirmation on these dates, the answer is simply stunned-the influx of tourists and there is no room, look for another housing. Long talks on the phone, explained that it is not permissible that the booking confirmed to us booking and our rooms in a priori should not be given to anyone. But, followed by just such a response-You will think there at the computer pressed the button and I think everything? Should have been the type to call them and make an advance payment, although when booking (and booked the room we're 2 months in advance) of any prepayment of the conversations there was no requirement to pay in advance was not there. In the end, after long useless negotiations, we urgently had to look for housing. The owner did not even bother to offer us alternative accommodation. It is a pity that it is impossible to leave feedback through the booking and there is no way to recover from them for non-pecuniary damage. The booking need to look harder at the hotels with which they work, to avoid such unscrupulous owners.
