➜ Very nice hotel. Close to the sea.
➜ We stayed here from mid-June 2018, month. When we flew to the Crimea, we were expecting a very modest vacation for a lot of money. Our expectations, fortunately, did not materialize. If we were asked to put the guest house in Madison Sandy (gull) on any other scale, we would not hesitate to put maximum. The owners are very attentive to the infrastructure of the house to some very important but non-obvious things. Here is a very nice and comfortable. To the Black sea shore, to go no more than 1 minute. The house is located 20 metres from the main street, allowing is always in silence. The day is not hot because of the pine trees in the yard dissipate the heat of the sun. In the courtyard you can dine, and there's a faucet where you can get pure artesian well water (we drank it without boiling). Very hardworking staff, who is just a delight. Also, by the way, the sewers in the Sandy centrally discharged to the treatment plant and not as in many other places in the sea, as is the case in mountainous areas (there's just nowhere else to dump them). Therefore, any "outbreaks" in the Sand are eliminated. At least we never got sick. In the guest house, the room has all sorts of household appliances (refrigerator, air conditioner, TV… the shower, and more). Repair is made of quality materials and made with care. If you decide to relax in the Sand, be sure to visit here at least once, even if you are staying in another house.
