I didn't like the food, the food tasteless, the serve is terrible, fed like pigs in a barn, some canteen called the restaurant "Coastal" Juices is — there are no glasses. For tea coffee cups. There's a warehouse in the corner. On the property smoke wherever they want, on balconies including. Numbers by 15.00 wasn't ready. Almost all night of the wedding, (there were two) revellers, drunken wails under the windows. Not rest, but nightmare. In the spa Russian bath — pornography, no heat, no steam. Very nice hotel. The service is gorgeous. Well cleaned in the rooms. The staff are polite. There's animation. The food is good. I recommend it to everyone. Rest from September 3 to 16.

Clean, neat. Pleasant staff. But the dining rooms are crowded closer to 9.30. You know, at 8 a. M. To get up on vacation is not a desire at all. Prices are acceptable.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. The food is normal. The beach is shallow pebble. There is no movement with a stroller to relax with children. Many steps of lifts and lists.

Terrible service. No towels in the spa and caps. Shampoos, gels, soaps respecting themselves hotels give out every day-here alas! The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Glasses HHT in general.

Great hotel. It is convenient to rest at any time of year. A spa complex, a variety of saunas and an indoor swimming pool with sea water will give you great pleasure in any weather… The cleanest beach. A half hour walk to the waterfront of Yalta…

I gave it for 1.5 days 23т ₽ met in "Lux" room, where the dirty tile on the couch spider, pre-made reservations for four people in the room had two mugs, bathrobes old with holes, said no new, the TV does not work in the room, the beds are hard creaked.
In short spent nerves and money to the wind. Would you like a hell of a getaway here?

Nice hotel. Several pools, one of them on the 9th floor of the central building. For hotel guests on the beach free sun loungers. You can relax in the spa and go for a massage. There is a buffet with a variety of dishes, a menu for children.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked a room in advance and made a 15% prepayment. Unfortunately the holiday in September had to be canceled, but the money returned for 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks I just waited, then started to call and every time I was fed breakfasts. A week somewhere promised that tomorrow tomorrow, in the end, wasn't that lost the documents that I sent them by email. And again began to feed breakfasts. Feel some humiliation, as if you want to return not your money, but ask strangers. Just never again will I book this hotel.
