Chestnut Alley or Nursing Home. Behind the beautiful facade hides rudeness of the hosts and disrespect to guests.

To the house itself no claims, good interior, beautiful terraces, clean rooms.
The main problem is the owners and administrators, as well as the road to the sea and the nearest cafes.
The road to the sea is a steep staircase, the house stands on a mountain, respectively in the heat you rise or go down about 25 minutes, the stairs in disgusting condition, garbage, dirt, bottles, napkins, terrible smell, and excrement cats and dogs. And the most interesting after 22 hours, it can be climbed only with a flashlight, there is no lighting.
Since the house is next to only apartment buildings, all evening life passes by the embankment and returning in the dark is not the most fun occupation.
Administrators two girls, most likely relatives of the owners, said hello through the times, constantly sat on the couch and watched TV, no issues to solve you will not help you.
Toilet paper and soap only at the arrival, further, apparently, we had to buy ourselves. Towels and linen do not change. We cleaned up once in 5 days. Service in Russian!
We had to leave for the whole day early in the morning, in the evening asked the receptionist to move breakfast from 8:30 an hour earlier, promised to prepare everything. As a result, in the morning we went down to the dining room, the owner of this house very rudely replied that "no one promised us anything, and there are no cooks, drink coffee. "
The second situation: moving from room to room. It was specified in advance whether it is possible to move after 12 hours if the room is free, as the price of the rooms was the same. At 11 o'clock in the afternoon the receptionist said that our room is free and we can go to sea and how we will come to move things.
When we returned our belongings were taken out of the room, there were new tenants who came for a day and made reservations in advance, and the receptionist just did not see it. Bonus new tenants got our passports and money in the safe, because the suitcases were taken out, and the safe was forgotten.
After that, the administrator said that no one let us go anywhere and she did not talk to us and did not see us, so we have to apologize to the hostess and still pay the fine for the later eviction.
By the end of the week spent in the "Chestnut Alley" we were evicted early, in the very season, when it is very difficult to find a good place, for the fact that we brought a friend from a nearby hotel to the common terrace to show the view of the sea. It's fantastic, no country has ever had that! As it turned out, the owners of the house, live opposite and all your actions are under round-the-clock control.

We left with great joy that we would no longer be insulted and controlled every step of the way. We have not received any documents confirming our residence in this house, because they have no receipts, no checks, no printing.
This hotel opened in July, without working for a month, in this place is completely disrespectful to people!
I hope they learn to appreciate the guests who pay them money, but I doubt that such people can be corrected.
