➜ This is a third visit to this hotel. Very nice service staff, clearly knowing their work. There is a homely atmosphere, clean and cozy rooms, stable internet access. My parking space. Good breakfast. Five minutes to the sea. Thank you very much to Igor and all his team for a great stay.
➜ Beautiful place, friendly staff, excellent room, the silence outside: only birds during the day, Yes the crickets in the evening. We were lucky that the room is not located on the first line (sea view) and the balcony overlooked the green mountain with wonderful trees. The beach at the hotel — friendly staff — morning ready sunbeds and umbrellas for each client. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, but perfect (not buffet). Had dinner in other places. The overall impression — positive. Recommend.

The review is not about the hotel, but about the restaurant at the hotel. We were here in early June 2017. A wonderful place. Very friendly and professional waiter (seems to be Vitaly), wonderful serving of dishes, large portions, reasonable prices. We were in many cafes and restaurants in Moscow with much less pleasant prices, but this one is probably the best I have visited. I can't remember a single minus. It is a pity that we went there only on the last day of our stay in Utese.
