Fortunately, we were not able to visit this hotel thanks to your reviews. But we have experienced the attitude of the staff to ourselves to the fullest. So, in March, we booked a specific room with two single beds in the Hotel Flora, a photo of which was seen on the site. The prepayment was transferred. In the following months, we called several times and reminded ourselves (whether the prepayment was lost and whether the number that was seen in the photo) was lost. Each time the new administrator picked up the phone and reported that the previous one was fired. Accordingly, all the new administrators at first said that there was no prepayment from us, but then, after the proceedings, found it. The sums for meals in the hotel each time were called different (that 700 rubles a day, then 800, then 850). On our last call in July, 2.5 weeks before departure, another new admin (as always after the prepayment search) told us that in that room that we want, a permutation was made and now there is instead of two single beds there is one double and bed chair. No one will remake anything. At that point the first review about this hotel came out. After reading it, we decided not to go to this hotel, as reported to the new receptionist. They wrote a statement to the hotel director about the return of the prepayment. The director categorically did not want to communicate with us (hiding), all communication was through the administrator. Naturally, we didn't want to return our money. For several days they were shaking our nerves, rude, rude, did not want to talk, threw up the phone. But thanks to our knowledge of the laws, the money has finally been returned. As a result, we had a great rest in one of the sanatoriums of Alushta. Thank you all for the feedback that helped us make the right choice. And the management and staff of the hotel need to "grow" and "grow" if you want to come to you to relax.
