Divnyj Mir Karasan Villa is located 15 km west of Alushta and 25 km from the center of Yalta, at a distance of 50 m to the sea, in the bay between Mount Ayu-Dag (Bear Mountain) and Cape Plaka, in an ancient landscape park, which is a monument to the garden culture of the nineteenth century The main attraction of the park is the century-old grove of Italian pinia and a bamboo grove.
