It is very nice here, if you like to go to the beach. The place is too small for more activities. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but it was accommodating us in price. The room is clean and ideal for a short break. It is nice that there is no so-called tourism here. The prices of the surrounding restaurants are medium to high. Luckily, there is a supermarket nearby, where we have provided ourselves with the basic sequalities on a daily basis. The sunset is absolutely fantastic.

A quick stop for us only. It was perfect for our needs — great value, receptionists we’re great, room was clean and had good facilities, beach was just nearby and they organised a driver for the airport for our early morning flight.

A great place to unwind and relax on the beach. It is also a great location next to the airport if you have delays. Restaurant below is also the best on the strip.

It's more of a beach hotel with great reviews. The person at the reception was very patient and friendly. I had booked a room just for one night as it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight. They arrange shuttle for you for 25 euros per room. The room was clean with a balcony facing the beach. Rest room was clean also. Do not expect luxury as it is perfect for what it iseant to be and that is a beach hotel. They had included breakfast in the room price, cannot comment on how it was as I had to leave before 7am which when their breakfast begins. Everything was good about the hotel just the bed was a typical spring mattress which was not kind to my back but other than that I would recommend everyone to stay here.

The Italian breakfast is very poor, but not just here. The coffee was really delicious. Our room was pretty, but need a little renovation. The terrace and the sunbeds was comfortable.

Very friendly front desk staff. He recommended restaurants, set up our transportation back to the airport, and even let us use his wine bottle opener! The hotel was clean and modern, the air conditioning worked very well. Nice place to stay if you are flying out of FCO and you don't want to stay right next to the airport. It was only about a 10 min taxi ride both directions.

Modern Hotel, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Our room a/c did NOT work… as evident by the tremendous B. O. Smell which grew by the hour at night as our mattress warmed up. Totally horrendous/room 26. Otherwise great staff, ok breakfast, wonderful view/location. -in summary the room reeked of 1000 previous guest… never again.

Nice hotel on the edge of the beach (access to chairs for free), easy access from the airport. Breakfast very good and friendly staff, who speaks English.

Not what it professes to be. Photos show a fabulous hotel which I'd say are old pictures. Terraces dirty. The first room I stayed in was terrible — dirty, aircon didn't work, shower blocked, toilet constantly running. I tried to gently complain but that got me nowhere and I ended up barely sleeping in a very hot, stuffy and musty room. They finally agreed to move me the following day. Breakfast is rubbish, coffee is awful and no choice in the buffet. 2 juices, 1 of which was empty and coffee. Croissants or a choice of 2 boxed cereals. Yogurts were cheap and a bit of greasy cheese or ham. Not impressed at all. Although the new room they put me in is considerably better, I don't think I will be returning to this particular hotel very soon.

A surprisingly nice location, swimming for kids in safe areas in the beach. Good restaurants next door. The AC does work. I folded the hotel business card in half and used it to replace the odd switch that requires the door key to turn on the AC. We went for dinner and came back to a cool-ish room. Whew. A low of 23 tonight. Decent price, near the airport, a pleasant place to crash for the night.

The location is very close to the airport and right next to the beach. There's also tons of restaurants and gelateries to choose from nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a TV and a nice bathroom. The bed is very comfortable, and the window looks out to the water. The service was great; the front counter receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also included and was very delicious.

There is no shuttle service from airport to hotel, as falsely noted on the internet document. We have struggled to get there on a Saturday night (not served by buses). Told us that a car would be available to us the next day to leave, but oh surprise! arriving at the airport, it took fare (as we told the driver, "cheaper than a taxi"! ). And I slept on a small layer of sand left on the white sheet. No doubt for evoke me the proximity of the sea. And what is the view: a curtain of canvas stretched out, so no natural light, to hide the horrible backyard! lamentable!
If I want to post, I have to get at least a point.

Great price, clean, and close to Fiumicino airport.

This hotel is horrible! The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms and the staff is very rude. They have a 12 year old kid working the desk. There also isn't very much in this area. Avoid!

Decent hotel. Has its own private beach, bicycle rental. Well fed.

When we arrived to our room door to the main terrace balcony was broke and very difficult to open. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Morning breakfast was very minimal and found a slightly old apple for fruit. Rating the breakfast a 3 on a 10 scale ompared to all other hotel stays in Italy for similar price. Beach is not rated a blue flag beach so we just layed out on the deck chairs. The sand was nice and no swim shoes required.

Owner knows very little English but is helpful. Other staff are friendly. Seems like entire area is family owned, hotel, beach area, restaurants. Perfect for a last night stay before leaving Rome if you have a early flight out. About €18 — €25 to airport according to desk clerk.
