Review of Balmoral Hotel San José CR, Historic District 3*

I have stayed at this hotel over 50 nights in the last 10 years with a great experience and no problems! However I stayed in the presidential suite which I have numerous times 31 December checked out the first of the year and Helicoptered to the beach fishing for seven days then I return and fly home I do this two to three times a year for the last 15 years and for the last 10 years I always stay at the Balmoral The day I arrive and 2 nights Before I head home so I’ll leave my luggage in there storage and just take my Pack to the boat.
When you check out they always radio for someone to check the room before they give you your receipt I got my receipt and sat in the lobby for an hour and a half waiting onmy shuttle to the heliport they had an hour and a half to say anything to me however they emailed me three days later and said I took A shelf stereo but left the speakers and they immediately charged my credit card $500 I sent them back an email and told Yuliana Zuñiga I do not have it and my luggage is still there if they want to check they can they emailed me back and said me and 2 hotel employees were the only ones in the room and they picked me to pay for it I told them again my luggage is still there then they cut off all communication I tried to make an appointment with Yuliana Zuñiga and her boss to meet Thursday or Friday when I returned I had reservations to stay there those nights but instead they would not meet with me I came and got my luggage open it up to the front desk no stereo and left The person I dealt with name was Yuliana Zuñiga she was a total horses behind i’m pretty sure she used to work at the Delray beware of this hotel do not stay there they will steal from you they are not honest about their charges Yuliana Zuñiga will fraudulently put charges on your credit card without your knowledge … there are nicer and better hotels right across the street try to Presidente on the gran Hotel… You will be very disappointed if you stay at the Balmoral they are not honest they’re cowards and thieves They must’ve changed management because the hotel was dirtier and not very clean this trip … if you want to know more message to me… I’m a 67-year-old retired businessman with very deep pockets I do not need a used stereo…
