Beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Great service, breakfast included, fireplace room for socializing and very affordable.

Terrible service I do not recommend them.

A quiet place, where you can enjoy and rest, beautiful facilities lots a lot of peace.

I was in January 2021 and they have a terrible customer service and I could not sleep during the stay because there were 3 guys in the upstairs room with super loud music, screaming and when calling several times to reception they indicated that they would do something about it, which was a lie.
The next day I sought help and the answer was, " What do you want me to do? ". The staff is rude and disrespectful.

Awesome place to stay in Costa Rica.

We are frequent customers at this hotel. We always have reservations and we have stayed without any problem. The day October 03 reserve for 4 people. The receptionist even gave us the number of our room and 5 minutes from the time of entry to the hotel the day of today the receptionist Jefer or so of settled colombian tells us that we do not have reserves and that cannot help us and that there is no one that we can solve. We stayed outside the hotel with our 2 daughters without having where to stay in San Jose and running to find another hotel because no one else wanted to help. Disappointed with this response!

Great place to stay! Quiet beautiful place! You wouldn’t know you are so close to the city. The pool and green areas are inviting and so very welcoming! Stay here every time I come to Costa Rica. Great coffee and breakfast. Always look forward to my visit.

Great place to relax and enjoy Costa Rica within the city!

Great place to stay that isn’t right in the city. The rooms are big with lots of space to move around. The breakfast was yummy but simple breakfast of rice and beans and fried eggs. Which was delicious, the eggs were perfectly cooked! This breakfast started a little awkward because you walk up to the breakfast place which is by the pool and there are some tables but then all there is out is some toast and a toaster. So we kinda had no idea what was going on at first but then this lady came out and started asking us what we wanted. There wasn’t a menu but likely what you are wanting/going to eat for breakfast is rice and beans. They also brought out big plates of fruit that were delicious.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, costumer service was the best…

Breakfast and parking is included! Located in a quiet and safe area, away from the busy city. The bathroom was really cool and covered in stones which made up for the thin walls.

Awesome place as a base for your start of traveling or ending your trip in Cosra Rica. As well for us as a base when going ro San Jose for errands we have to run.

It is a good place to spend the night only. If you are a light sleeper it is not the most advisable place as you hear all the conversations of the adjoining rooms. The location is very good.

Very good place to stay before or after the airport. Clean, spacious, out of the city yet close to town. Though walks between rooms are thin. Make sure you won't have loud fiat's next to you!

First night in Costa Rica, woke up to wonderful breakfast and people!

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. It is close to many places of business, fun, etc; But the atmosphere is intimate and quiet.

Superb accommodations, very good breakfast and clean rooms. Off the beaten path, but that can be a plus! We stayed two nights on separate occasions at the beginning and end of our nine day tour. 12 persons from University of St. Thomas in Houston.

Excellent accommodation. We found the apartment on second floor to be a bit too warm. Ground floor was good, however, and we had a very comfortable bed. Guests above can be noisy, though, in our experience. Breakfast was delicious — — including fruit and huevos rancheros — and made to order. A great location and away from traffic noise and busy streets.

Absolutely amazing place. I have a hard time imagining you could find anything better for the price — or even for considerably more. They saved our butts when we were in need after Turrialba erupted and our flight out of the country was grounded. The guys at the front desk were always more than happy to translate for us, to help us find a solution to any problems that arose, to recommend restaurants/services/local businesses, and to generally make our time there the best it could be. Best part of all? Eating a hand-made breakfast by the pool in paradise. I would be happy living the rest of my life there. If there was a 6-star option, they would get it.

A very good hotel. A variety of different rooms at different levels. You don't even realize how close you are to San Jose as it's very leafy.

Love this place. A little piece of the "old" Costa Rica. What a gem it is. If you're there in the 'green season", you're likely to enjoy a roaring fire just off the lobby. Wonderful, helpful staff and quaint comfortable rooms. Great Wi-Fi too. If you're used to, and like, Holiday Inn's, it's not for you.
