Great place to spend a day relaxing the kids enjoyed it a lot. Very rich food. We were in a room with kitchenette from the balcony good view. If they should improve the beds.

Great place to share and spend a weekend, I am thankful and fortunate to have stayed here, the food delicious, the rooms super comfortable and complete, the pool very rich and the bar super nice with the drink you want and what you like. Excellent. I hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was a full hot meal.

Hotel is well located, spacious, clean, large rooms and very spacious bathrooms, regular supply however I think that by not being Mexican is likely to be missed my food.

The place is nice but it looks lack of maintenance.

We were my wife and I with our baby. We really enjoyed it although we were going with expectations booked because we found both good and bad reviews on the Internet. The truth was the most attractive price of Puntarenas xq in summer other places charge a lot without offering the same, obviously if you rent the room more comfortable, you will give the standard room more simple, but it was very clean and in good condition, no complaint. There are more nice and big rooms in the new building, but of course you have Q pay more.
The food was delicious, I congratulate very rich, we ordered salmon in Maracay sauce and rice with shrimp… Excellent, I do not understand XQ people complain x prices, are equal q in any restaurant in San Jose or Puntarenas… Between 6mil and 9mil colones. The cocktails are the same as very rich and at a regular price and with 2x1 from 5 to 6.
The two pools were nice as is normal in the outdoor pools they had a bit of leaves but the next day they were completely clean again.
All the staff who attended us tried very kindly. Thank you.
If I had to improve something it would be putting brochure in the room to indicate services and schedules, a phone in the room to communicate with reception and a small store of necessities. H.

There Are Two different worlds, the Simple hotel and condos!
The hotel is simple, nothing extraordinary, the friendly people and the food is good!
I Didn't know the condos, but they said they were quite nice!

Los condominios son muy bonitos, las cabinas no tanto pero para el precio está bien. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y las habitaciones limpias. Las fotos adjuntas son de las cabinas, no son parte del edificio grande nuevo y azul.

Condo's rooms are nice. The regular ones didn't seem as good. Have 3 pools Which are just OK, there's a bar, nothing fancy or special about it. Their restaurant it's definitely the low point. Tasteless food even the simplest of the meals, nachos, chicken nuggets, scrambled eggs… tasteless. If you have to go to Puntarenas this is probably the best option… because there aren't many. Otherwise please look somewhere else.

Photos are of the condos. Rooms are like old college dorms with old bathrooms and there are no views. Pool area is nice and there is a bar open in the evening.

Very rich and cheap food, the swimming pool is great and the attention very good. I will not stay … there is the possibility of spending the full day with no stay.

It is very bad service and very noisy. Apparently no one from the administration would matter. If you plan to come ahorrense their steps and of course your money. It is a sickening.

Good rooms, but not a really beautiful spot, bad Wi-Fi, nothing interesting around…
