For arriving with my pet without making a request I was charged a superior room with a charge of more than $56 and $150 dollars deposit… my total annoyance of course and for worse the treatment of the manager Alexandra was very rude. They must take this into account if they go with a pet…

I love the hotel, the attention is excellent as is the staff, the rooms are super there is no complain in nothing.

Yesterday a press release by the government, the hotels could not receive us because it was confusing, really was very upset with the situation as I went back to my house in Heredia, at 5:27 pm we received a call that we could receive in the hotel, I was very tired and annoyed because I could not enjoy my holiday and spend time, gas and money. Today I got the call from Don Jose (hotel owner) who very kindly explained to me the situation and why the changes are so sudden, at the end they decided to make the money back and gave the face as a good professional, being responsible for the whole situation and giving their apologies. We know that the covid is not their fault and this affects many businesses, I apologise in the same way as the day of yesterday we spoke with Alexandra and it was not the best way to treat it, sorry. Many thanks Jose for your time and apologies. I hope to return soon to the hotel and enjoy as planned.

Staying here was so beautiful. Great views, great hospitality, just all around a great place if you're looking for an amazing time in Jacó. The employees were so helpful and friendly. The room was completely equipped, the view beautiful, cleanliness, the receptionist's treatment was wonderful, even we decided to stay another night, we definitely thought we would come back.

Great hotel with amazing service. Everything is very clean, the design of the hotel is beautiful, and I was really surprised to find that in Costa Rica! It’s a bit further from the beach, about 15 min walk. The staff were extremely helpful, it was the best hotel we stayed in on our vacation.

Stay as far away as possible! The town is an absolute abomination. Prostitutes roam the streets. People beg for drugs and money. Everywhere has graffiti. The beach is the most disgusting beach I have ever seen. Trash the entire length, including a full sized refrigerator. The resort was in the middle of ghetto trash. People were allowed to blast ghetto rap and smoke weed. The “black out” curtains are absolutely see through so people can see what you do in your room. The food is disgusting. Room service took double the time quoted, and the pizza was cold. Sad we wasted half our honeymoon and a lot of money on this filth. Do not stay here or anywhere in jaco.

Awesome! We loved this place. Kitchen, washer dryer, great shower and a tiny pool with waterfall on our balcony. Nice pool in the courtyard and full breakfast every day.

Amazing Hotel. Great construction and and rooms are spacious. The staff is second to none but the only issue they have is the water pressure in the shower. If they can fix the water pressure issues it I would rate it higher.

Had a great night, slept comfortable. Down fall is the room on small side. Plus the bathroom was tight.

Beautiful and clean facility. Drinks and food were fresh. Customer service was excellent. The biggest let down was the Wi-Fi. It was only good in the lobby. I was on the third floor and the signal in my room sucked.

Rooms are nice, Staff is Amazing. Franklin, Concierge, took great care of adults and teens to ensure we experienced all of Jaco! Always going above and beyond to get us the best excursion at the best price. Bar/Cafe staff was attentive and made terrific margaritas. Price of the hotel was very affordable and the luxury was not over the top.

Great rooms really updated more like a condominium Food is mediocre and it's right down next to Jaco main strip The streets are dirty and very busy Be careful when you go to the beach down the street the alleys are full of hookers and drug dealers.

Oceano was great! Most rooms are facing eachother over the pool, which means that you can see into rooms. Breakfast is included with all suites. There is food and drinks avaliable on the premises, as well as an artist's gift shop. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Close, but not on the beach.

Good venue. Service was excellent. Location was fine. I was looking for a quiet place to sit by the pool, relax and enjoy and it fit that role well.

So far probably my fav hotel I've ever been to. Even back in the States.
the architecture first caught my eye. It's unique and very creative. The guy who designed building was worth his fee. Artwork everywhere, bent steel railings and "spindles" on terraces which are also perfect to hang out on esp in morning to birdwatch.
next we noticed how friendly the staff is. Especially the young guys behind the bar. Manager also was very nice and went Above and Beyond for us when she didn't have to. Thank you!
the pool and pool area are perfect. Cool spot to chill and have drink in eve or jump in when hot during day. Can eat outside by pool or inside.

It is a hotel with very good quality and good restaurant. The beds are very comfortable. The downside that I would put is that the normal rooms are too small, there is not a chair in which to leave the clothes and that the curtains let pass the light, so if you bother to sleep you will wake up at 5…

Modern and clean hotel with a nice surface nothing to say the above. On the other hand the kitchen equipment is really sketchy, apart from the American super fridge. A toaster would be appreciated. View of the parking lot and noise that goes with it. The air conditioning in the room made an appalling noise and is less than 50 cm from the headboard, while the one in the better designed lounge was nickel. The private pool of the balcony does not have much interest and just serves to pass the view the less friendly since the bath is done with the view on the street. Good point on the other hand for effective Wi-Fi.

The hotel is OK. The rooms have the minimum to cook, and also washing machine and tumble dryer. The whole is clean and is modern.
But there are some strange design choices: for example, the rooms with spa overlook the street (you can swim but a little in the view of everyone), and these rooms do not have double glazing (rather noisy).
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
To note, the check-in is at 3pm, it is apparently not possible to advance: if you arrive a little earlier, you will be told to wait for the scheduled time.

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is awesome, the condo we stayed in was great. There's a 24 hour gym and the pool area is great, our only complaint was the amount of kids in the pool during the day: it would be nice to have a time limit for screaming kids.

Nice hotel just a few blocks away from the main strip of shops/restaurants and beach in Jaco. Very clean and pretty building. The staff were super friendly and greeted us with some sort of pink and orange beverage. We had a room without windows or a balcony, but it was still a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Nice pool (although it was pretty busy with a lot of families when we visited), convenient bar/restaurant, good location. Decent price. I'd stay again.

Very accommodating at reception, however I think it's time to make a parking suitable for guests, excellent choice with breakfast included.

Great hotel but they are missing couple of stuff. Room had no soap or toothpaste. You couldn't bring any one into your room. Unless, you told them some one was coming with you from when you check in. You also would have to pay a fee of 10 dollars per day. TV never work through my stay. Internet was not provided. Great view but I just wouldn't book here again. To many restrictions.

Excellent place Lindisimo, fully equipped to prepare food, has to wash and dry your clothes, dishwasher, all dishes kitchen, air conditioning, spa, gym, pool, parking, excellent treatment and especially the price very very comfortable.

Tuvimos un atraso en el hotel para el check-in y la manager muy amablemente nos dejó salir más tarde al check-out, lo único que no me gusta es que el check-out es muy tarde y el check-in muy temprano pero el hotel es muy bonito y vale la pena quedarse dos noches.

Pros: Nice, modern, clean, comfortable bed, chilly AC, good breakfast, excellent staff Cons: the room we got is very small, gym is a joke, no privacy in the balcony or when you have your blinds up. Location is a toss up; it was fine and safe for us to walk to town but some people may find it differently (About 10 mins).

Very safe, with everything acsecibilidad what the customer needs, very safe, clean, swimming pool, parking, ect.

Great location for staying in Jaco, while not on the beach it's a bit away from the congestion and is perfect for a relaxing pool break or nap in the room. Excellent customer service and bike rentals are only $3 for the entire day. Definitely recommend it.

I've already gone twice, a couple some time ago to a normal room, and on this occasion we went with baby and dog to the kitchen suite which is super equipped, I never thought to find center of washing in a hotel room, for example! Completely exceeded my expectations and the fact of putting a bed my dog a beautiful detail also the running of the bulls for the baby. Would definitely come back and with more family members.

The place is dreamed, very good architecture and infraestructra, well-built, the pool is perfect, the attention is amazing, everything of good quality, the price we pay is high but worth.

I loved the stay here. It was clean & convenient. Love the option for late check out that's not too expensive. Cute pool area, rooms have a safe, bathroom was nice. The check in was easy with no hassle. Too busy adventuring to check out the boutique but I'm sure it was nice. Loved all of the paintings up.

Nice rooms, but that's about where it ends. The staff didn't know what they were doing and weren't friendly. We didn't get breakfast 2 days, although it was included in our stay, because they messed up our orders. The food was terrible. No sunshine at the pool. The design of the building is not efficient. And it's a nice long walk to the beach… service was terrible. I would never stay here again.

Wow! An amazing location in Jacó. Even with a room without windows, which are kind off tight. The quality of the architecture makes up for the slight crampness. The jetted pool was great, and they had a tapas special and fireworks for New Year's Eve. If you decide to stay in, there's a vast array of cable channels on the tv. Will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful Hotel very modern and classy however affordable. Very well located in the heart of Jaco Beach you can literarily walk to restaurants and stores. Very clean and contemporary rooms. My family and me enjoyed our stay for over a week, they helped us a lot after a very bad experience in another local hotel that we booked online. All the Staff was very professional and kind specially Bryan in the front desk who was there every step of the way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Also the Housekeeping team was outstanding, we love you ladies keep the great job. They also brought us a beautiful basket with tropical fruit as a present after our Wedding that was an amazing gesture from them. We definitely highly recommend Oceano and we will be there every time we visit the Costarican Central Pacific area! Thank you guys from Paula Moghraby and Michael Papow.

My first impression when visiting Oceano Hotel and Residence was amazing, I never thought I would find a place of this quality in Jaco (Costa Rica), those rooms are so luxurious, from a simple, large, and imagine the pentthouse, apart from the awe of the place I am astonished at their prices, because they are very accessible to anyone who want to spend some time or a vacation in a place of truth, precious, luxurious and quiet. From the time you arrive at the place you notice something very peculiar in its architecture draws your attention, and in the evenings enjoy it more by a spectacular play of lights that highlight the wonderful thing about the place is an unforgettable experience if you are going to Oceano Hotel and Residence is not going to want to go to any other place everything you have there, Bar, Restaurant, gym, Spa, Security, meeting room (Lobby very luxurious, by the way) some great paintings that you will enjoy in all over the place, not to mention that pool so delicious, perfect for either enjoying it with your family or with your partner too relaxing, I recommend it as one of the best places, or better said as the best place in Jaco (Costa Rica) that you care for him, a place that is very luxurious and accessible. Visit Oceano Hotel and Residence you will not regret a very good experience either with your family, with friends, with a partner, or to work, everything you have at Oceano Hotel and Residence.

I like it's modern style. Lots of light in the apartment. Scenic view from balconies at the back of the building, where was my unit (I don't know about views from other sides). Yes, it's still under construction: units numbers written on masking tape, wires hanging in hallways, workers around the building. But first, I didn't care much about it, and second, they probably have finished everything by now. Inside of the apartment everything was perfect. No English channels on TV: I was there not for a TV watching. YouTube with free Wi-Fi from my IPad connected to audio system found in the living room was just perfect for a music. Room service couple of times "forgot" to leave enough towels, but increased tips fixed there memory. Beside that all staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend loved the place and people. Recommend it.
