Very good hotel. The service is spectacular and food is very rich and sweet buenicima in very good point. In the center of the cartago valley. Surrounded by trade and food places. You don't need a taxi because everything is near. The attention of the hotel incredible. This is the second time I stay and I highly recommend it.

I was at a children's party in the pool area. Good service in the pool restaurant. I didn't know the hotel x inside.

If I could score with 0 stars I would. I didn't like that you can't use the pool for a whole day because they have a party ready. And they don't give you options to enjoy with the kids. I was told breakfast is at 6.30 and when I got to 7 o'm they hadn't prepared the restaurant. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Type "bufet" offers you only 3 options. And the attention is not good. I can say that the room has hot water, it is large but dirty and the pool view from the window is nice.

Simple rooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool. Ample breakfast. No vegetarian options. Bathrooms need more hooks and shelves.
