Room is clean but very small, if you want to stay with more than 2 people is going to be crowded. No iron in room you need ask for it. TV don't work. Customer service very very good.

A cozy and very modern place annexed to a large shopping center. Excellent rooms for events with a very good attention. Close to everything, but with a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel was ok. Rooms were quite comfortable and comfy. Internet was nice, although It could be better. The staff was friendly, but room service was horrible! The food in the restaurant called La Zarzuela was horrible and quite expensive. There are several options in the Chipichiape Mall where the hotel is located. Something I did not liked is that it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but lacks of services like laundry (I did laundry and took TWO days until I could get them back). The bar is very small and the minibar is very expensive. Some staff were very friendly some weren't. I could come back to this hotel: maybe. I'd recommend it, no.

Very cute and all but a very incomo to have to go around with the keycard to operate the elevator very complicated with the fridge to be able to consume something.

I have at this this hotel twice in the last couple of months and I could not be happier. Staff always go above and beyond. Rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Lina did a great job putting together a special party for us this past weekend — Thank You. **Also my spanish is very limited, not a problem at this hotel — every staff member I spoke with made me feel comfortable by speaking english to me (some limited english — but still way better than my spanish — point here is they all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable).

It is wonderful the connection with the shopping center Chipichape… Has a few auditoriums beautiful, the terrace is amazing and the restaurant delicious. I like the architecture of the building of this hotel. It is nice and is also very close to BodyTech gym terrific and very recognized in the country.

It is one of the best Hotels in the city, it has a really good restaurant, excellent rooms. Kindness and good service are the words to describe it.

The facilities are comfortable and modern. The location is ideal north of Santiago de Cali and its connection to the Chipichape shopping center and the pomegranate sector allows access to all kinds of services.

Excellent rooms, food in the restaurant and the attention of the staff, I highly recommend it for the stay in Cali. In addition, being able to be directly in the Chipichape shopping center makes it unmatched.

Very spacious rooms. With living room, Minicocineta desk and up balcony. On foot you can reach CC Chipichape. Very soft mattresses for my liking.

Hotel Spiwak is a luxurious and modern hotel located in the north of the city next to the Chipichape Shopping Center, the hotel has the Restaurant La Zarzuela, where the food is delicious and the attention is great.

It has a building that in the distance looks very elegant and above all at night the lights that decorate it. It is close to shopping malls and easy access by car. You can see it from the second floor of the Chipichape Mall and have direct access from there.

This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. SAUL and Andres the bar servers were the BEST. Customer service is excellent they are fast communication skills are excellent they made us feel at home here at hotel spiwak they told us places to go to for food dancing shopping. We visited a club that was nice for dancing salsa also had a wonderful time def would recommend this hotel and these awesome guys.

Nice Hotel, large rooms and amenities. The staff was always friendly. The maintenance of the rooms could be improved though; I left one day at 11am and left the door hanging sign to have the room serviced, I came back at 4pm and the room wasn't serviced. Besides that, really nice stay, good location.

Good sized bedroom, has a small living room and then the bedroom. But I think is time to invest and change pillows and mattress. Also, I’ll suggest to switch for a more neutral fragrance the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap. Service is ok… I have to say this hotel has a really convince location (above a shopping mall) and also has a good breakfast buffet.

Hotel Spiwak is situated above a shopping mall; well positioned if you want to go shopping (great shops and food places). The staff are really friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and you will want to stay in your room and relax. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The pool area is really nice. I would recommend and I will stay again.

I did not like the first waiting room is very small for so much people waiting to go to an event there where sentrse since we have to wait lhoras doing long rows up to the street blocking the way for people who dentran in and out very uncomfortable and I hope this is taken into account for the new hotel under construction, my observation is in order to improve.

Clean rooms friendly service.

Extremely bad service, hard To believe is a 4 star. Checked into my Room and no towels. Checkin/check out extremely slow, asked to talk to a manager and never showed up. I stay here often and they have kind of regards for their loyal customers.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the service is of first. Delicious the breakfast buffet included in the price of the accommodation. Very recommended.
