I would remodel the bathrooms to make it better. The place is nice and to go with couple is a good plan.

The rooms are cramped, the hotel already needs to do a renovation of their furniture, my shower was super uncomfortable and strange. It enters little external ventilation and sunlight, so it has a particular smell. Air conditioners require maintenance and cleaning of ductwork. If you want to just get to sleep here, the site is functional and economical. If you go with your family, I don't recommend it. The site should improve its overall cleanliness. Breakfast was acceptable. In short, if you want economy you can risk to try this hotel, however there are better offers in the same price range. That if the hotel is not to go with your family for a walk or vacation.

The service is relatively good, because sometimes you can change the price of the room almost at the last minute, the breakfasts have a slightly reduced schedule (not much), and the aesthetics could be improved considerably.
In more common and current aspects as your welcome has a service that is generally good.

It is an old hotel, when I felt a strong smell of humidity. It is a little dark. The rooms are basic, however they are equipped with the necessary items to stay comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast is plentiful. This very well located, the neighborhood of granada is very cute.

If location is very good. It's just behind very good restaurants and rumbeaderos in Cali. The rooms are very comfortable and their price is excellent.

Good facilities, has restaurant, Zauna, laundry, parking. They Include breakfast, Some bathrooms are deteriorated.

The staff was very friendly. The Cost is low (30 dollars per night approximately). However the place is a bit old, the hot water does not work very well. Could improve many aspects. Not bad for one night.

Pesimo service, when I was hosted the internet was almost nil, there was no hot water in the room during the 3 days.
