Its excellent and executive attention is Excellent, its elegant and beautiful Hall is imposing upon entering, its large lamps, its food to and spacious rooms, has beautiful restaurant, comfortable waiting room and with its furniture so comfortable, for those who come to their business will have their place to sail, there will always be transportation available there.

It will be the 3rd time I visit the hotel and its facilities I love, they are very nice and cozy, all clean and the rooms with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The people in all the areas are very friendly except 2 people who looked after me on different days at breakfast. The 1st with an unkind attitude, I was not made to feel uncomfortable but from there I thought anyone has a bad day, the next day I was asked that I would take and I ordered chamomile (Chamomila) as they did not have, I ordered only hot water, which I was served but when I re-ordered m as water the person did not tell me if I would bring her or anything, only left but except these 2 people the other employees very friendly, 2 days arrive with many purchases and at the door of the hotel the hotel staff receives the bags and take them to the room which I found u n very special detail, on the way I was talking to these young people all right. It is a pity that for 1 or 2 employees you have not been able to have a total satisfaction in your service but you will recognize the good and I congratulate you because you see that you are always trying to be the best. They should do a small survey at breakfast, in the area I was in I also saw that a lady asked for more coffee, they didn't take him and left. However in other areas of breakfast the waiters were very friendly. What I say is nothing negative, it is a constructive criticism for them to reach excellence.

Very varied. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
