As always there is no fault, one of my favorite 😘 places.

Today Saturday, June 11, she went to the Hotel and I was waiting 10 minutes at the door and they did not let me enter because we had a service pet, the boss did not want to go down to see the documents and attend us because she was busy and they forbade us to enter. Within its services it says very clearly that. They let in service pets, but we were still denied entry. That is discrimination and it is demandable. I expect response and corrections to be taken so as not to reach greater instances.

I would like to place a complaint about the lousy service that gave me a waiter yesterday 29/12/2020 were several details that I did not like first the terrible attention we asked for the favor that if he gave us or gives us more napkins and answered us ugly it was my turn to stand and approach where the kitchen guys to give me napkins second did not give me bill and third did not give me the return of what they charged on the bill the waiter is llm cristhiam description is bald white context. I find it unethical what mr. And you did as a recognized hotel in Cali I find uns professional what this waiter did. I did not leave very happy really does not seem to me the way to proceed of this gentleman my name the Alejandro Navarro went with my girlfriend in the hours of the night type 940pm very bad service by this gentleman or I do not know how I have to go dressed so that the atment is pleasant remaining God bless them and take corrective
For my part I do not recommend and I will not visit them again.

My 5th trip here. It is like home away from home. Highly recommended. Vicente takes great care of you in the bar. Linda at the front desk is great. Love to stay here.

Stayed for 15 days. Very clean hotel, the staff are amazing. Spanish is not my first language and the management all speak English well. The restaurants inside of the hotel are exceptional. Laundry service was convenient. Anytime I needed transportation to go away from the hotel a car was always waiting for me and the drivers are nice. Overall a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I will choose this hotel anytime I visit Cali from now on.

Nice enough new facilities. Rooms and pool are too small. Customer service extremely lacking. Don't expect special (or even passable) treatment and benefits as an Elite Silver Rewards Member. Had a much better customer service experience at the Intercontinental down the street.

The service is excellent, the location is also excellent. The staff were very friendly and clean of all. Our reservation gave us the right to eat in the lounge breakfast and snacks in the afternoon—night which is great and delicious. The rooms are super clean and beautiful with bathtub. It's been the best hotel experience I've ever had.

The service is perfect. Everyone attends to you with a smile and they are very friendly. The experience inside the hotel is amazing. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast is spectacular, the different options it offers are very good. And you can repeat as many times as you want. 100% recommended for a couple's escape, or just if you visit the city, staying here makes your travel experience amazing. It offers free parking, and depending on the plan of purchases, snacks and unlimited drinks. They even give you complimentary two alcoholic beverages per person per night.

I put 4 stars because when I went I had to leave the car in the street because they had not been parking inside. A hotel nice and cleaned up. The service of their restaurants regularly. The pool seems to lies… it is too small. On the other hand the bathrooms in The common areas are spectacular. Divine!

An excellent hotel located near the central area of Cali. The facilities are comfortable. Helpful staff. It has two options of restaurants.

Excellent place, the attention is unbeatable.
The remaining two that work their menu is delicious everything you ask for.
I love doing my work meetings there because the prices are cheap and the site is very nice.
I would like to include the cost of parking the only bad thing is that you are charged after an hour.
And the site is like your office so I can spend a whole morning there.

Excessive amount of security at the entrance but maybe that's not so bad. Dog sniffing luggage and metal detectors. Haven't dealt with that anywhere else here but it's prob just a paranoid american hotel.

Tourist Trap! Don't stay here! Make sure you review your bill. They add charges and don't provide a detailed invoice on check out. I'm disappointed in this hotel as I'm a frequent Marriot customer. Be careful of their scams. Stay at another hotel. Spiwak was way better and the rooms were roofer and within walking distance to the mall.

As a hotel it is well located. A fresh and safest area in the city. They offer a free "All you can eat" buffet for $30000 of Asian food.

Less than Average hotel not excellent. I could deal with the sniffing dogs at the entrance, but his time I also had a guy pass a metal detector all over my body, I felt like a criminal or like doing tsa to enter to my hotel… not cool at all. The staff is not even nice and they do t even have their own taxis like every hotel does in Colombia. Had to literally grab a regular unsafe taxi just to move around. Not cool at ally Additionally, the staff forgot to ask for cc for incidentals and I was woken up in the night asking for a credit card.

Definitely Marriot is the one that is sending the stop in Cali today.

Very interesting its offer of different environments to go to eat, there is a menu of Asian food — sushi, another with pizzas and pasta (on the terrace) and its traditional restaurant, asks for the offer of weekends, surely you will break the monotony with your partner, Sorprendiendola, your pool next to the bar is spectacular, cocktails and good food! It could be unforgettable!

The restaurant Tanoshii is very good, however circus and the market have nothing special, the lamb burger leaves a lot to be desired, the singer of the place is regular.

Best Marriot I've ever stayed at! Breakfast is delicious and plenty of variety. People are very kind and happy. I just LOVE it! Definitely recommend this place. Prices are the best. Theres meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everybody is nice. Theres options for vegetarian and vegan people.

Amazing staff, helped us get amazing accommodations after air bnb failed to have our rental house ready. Marriott staff is super attentive, ready to make an experience to never forget, amazing food, and what an amazing facility.

With out a doubt the best service I've ever received. At check in, the manager came out to greet me and see if I needed anything. The staff in the Executive Lounge were amazing. They even checked me in for my flight, as he anticipated the airport would be busy due to holiday traffic. Top notch facility!

This hotel within the Marriott family hotels I've have been has the nicest staff ever; let's start with Naty, the guard lab golden dog that usually is by the main entrance… Girl you are so sweet! My second time here and I felt like getting home. The Market restaurant excellent; today, I tried one of their local specialties "arroz atollado" absolutely unique recipe, you won't regret it! Gold start to the chef! Fabian, my waitress, thanks for the wine recommendation. I can write and write and write and space won't be enough to tell about the details you will find here. Expectacular to stay in that place the atmosphere very cozy. The room was very comfortable. It is located in a good site.

Spectacular atmosphere. In the restaurant and the Terrace (circus) very good. Live music: the best.

Overall the rooms and the service is very good. It leaves a lot to be desired by the pool. I'd say it's more for people who go working more than family plan.

I am an employee of the Bancolombia group, on Monday, July 17, 2017, I was at the American Express event of Bancolombia Amex Invites in the Carthage Auditorium, and the entry truth seemed very good to me, the technological tools, the chairs, (although the carpet of the Salon, it felt dirty) as soon as the food at the reception, the sandwich was always rich and best of all was dessert, lovely.
But at the end of the event, the attitude people who were pres… the service at the buffet table, it was fatal, the organizer of the event told us "those who want to eat more, please serve and those who did not reach at the beginning, please go out to eat" and I wanted more dessert and approach ed the table, I took a plate and I was going to serve the blissful dessert, when one of the service characters at that table took away my plate and told me that he was not going to give me any more; because I had already eaten at the beginning.
The experience was fatal, the waiter seemed rude, daring and inattentive, so I said "then give me a juice please or you're definitely not going to give me anything else? " He didn't give it to me, although Gabriel, the organizer told me "go and grab it yourself. " If he had another instruction, he should have confirmed it and had a different handling of the situation, considering that he is working in a place in the Marriott Hotel category.

Stayed here for a week while working in Cali and must say first and foremost, what made the stay excellent was the staff. The surrounding neighborhood was excellent with many choices for dinner and drinks in addition to being very close to a mall and grocery store. Traveling you should always be aware of your surroundings and individuals but I never felt unsafe in this area. I would recommend staying at this Marriott property to friends, family and colleagues.

I have not entered nor have I ever used the service, but I pass by there every day and I find it very cute, and even more so to see that it is the only hotel that has dogs at the entrance and are hermososo, that's what makes a hotel unique.
