Don't do it. It looks so nice but flawed in many ways. The reception, for example, told me it was just fine to leave my car parked outside (in a spot that sure looked legal) but car got towed, missed my flight, shelled out $900 extra to get on a flight the next day. An apology from the hotel? Nope, a letter washing their hands of any responsibility and all but calling me a lawyer. Oh and the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and my friend's shower was broken when he first got to the room, etc.

It appears this is probably one of the best hotels here. But not without issues. Bed is a rock, water system has a mind of it's own. It is like a practical joke each time you turn the bathroom sink on and it spits water right on your crouch area. They have tried hard and the Wi-Fi is good. Views are amazing. Nothing lacking there. Pool on top floor is great. Food was good. Overall not a bad place. But there is room to grow to become a 4 or 5 star for me.

It is a very good hotel, the rooms are spacious which provides a good atmosphere, also have soundproofing which provides a lot of tranquility. The balconies have an excellent panoramic view. From some rooms you can see the facilities of the Port Society of Buenaventura. It is a hotel very used by businessmen for corporate events for which it has adequate facilities for that purpose. The terrace with pool is spectacular. Just to improve the food.

Definitely the best hotel in Buenaventura. An infrastructure with the best finishes and the best services, worthy of a 5 star hotel. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very cosy. It is worth staying at this hotel.

An excellent choice for Buenaventura, comfortable and very close to the port. There are no standards of care, it can be very good or very bad, depending on the floor or the mood. It is a somewhat antiseptic experience if you are looking to live the city. It is perfect for work or to rest for days in the natural park.

Definitely the best hotel to stay in Buenaventura. It have a five star service with a great restaurant next to the lobby. Rooms are very modern with great architecture inside the building.

This is a new hotel with state-of-the-art facilities. Best place by far to stay at Buenaventura, nice and clean rooms, nice views of the coast and port, free and convenient continental breakfast, beautiful edgeless pool. The service tough still a little away from being top of the line. They seems to be understaffed at the check in, the check-in process for first time visitors is long and somehow complicated. Overall, best choice for Buenaventura, I wont stay anywhere else.
