The rooms are decent but definitely not worth the price. The location is a major downside—either you have to pay for a taxi every time you go to Taganga, or you take one of two unsafe routes: one where you risk getting mugged and another where you have to walk along a highway, dodging motorbikes.
There were also issues with water pressure and electricity in the rooms. The so-called "deluxe" room claims to have a balcony, but it’s actually just a shared public area in front of your room. On top of that, check-in was a nightmare—it took them three hours to process because of a faulty system.
The only upside? Breakfast was decent.
There are much better options in Taganga at a lower price.
Also, they have no way of offering compensation or taking accountability for their poor service.
Beautiful and serene. Hotel was hard to find at first, a bit sketchy getting in at night but once you’re there it’s gorgeous and peaceful with beautiful views of the bay and beach access. We had a lot of fun hanging out in the hammocks by the pool. Yummy breakfast included.

Awful awful do no stay. Worst accommodation in all of South America I have ever stayed in. No hot water. NO Wi-Fi. And then they have the audacity to try and CHARGE YOU FOR A COLD SHOWER after your checkout time (of course they make you pay for any minute you stay after checkout time too).
Staff are rude and obnoxious and entirely unhelpful. One even accused me of stealing a towel when I had just left it by the pool (she couldn’t be bothered to look)
LOCATION IS TERRIBLE — either have to walk on a very dangerous path full of gangsters to access Taganga, or along the high way. Also very steep.
