The food is great and the staff are truly great — kind, attentive, etc. But the location leaves a lot to be desired. It is truly a beautiful view but you want to make sure your car can make it up the dirt incline and it is really cold. The photos online were all shot during sunny weather but the truth is there is nothing to do if it is cold and rainy because all the activities and charm of the place are the beauty of the nature. The property runs on a generator that had the lights flickering. I feel like the marketing is quite deceptive and we weren’t offered a refund for our second night when we decided to leave. The owner was supposed to follow up but it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard back yet. The food was great and it is a cute place, but there is no element of luxury at all as it appears online. It was genuinely just a fine experience but extremely overpriced for the value and I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing experience! Every single detail was unique, perfect spot to do remote working as well as relaxing! The restaurant was absolutely incredible! Henceforth the best thing was the service, definitely the best staff!
I truly recommend the place, for sure the next time we visit Neusa this will be our choice.

First off an amazing place just to get away and relax and my wife and golden enjoyed it greatly. Very pet friendly and I can’t say it enough the entire staff is great.
First off one warning the road to Fuga Neusa is a little steep and a tad difficult for very low clearance cars and under powered ones (like mine) For underpowered cars give yourself a tiny head start. That being said they are actively improving the road to make it easier. Regular vehicles shouldn’t have any issues.
Next with the arrival, the staff helped us bring our bags to our room and check in was fairly quick. I will say this it is on a hill so just expect an uphill walk. Nothing overly crazy but if you want good views kinda have to be on a hill. It does give you a decent work out if you walk it enough during the day. I loved it but just be aware.
We booked a suite with a jacuzzi. The room was nothing overly big but big enough (bigger than the standard rooms of course) but honestly you come here to enjoy the outside. The balcony with the jacuzzi was great and is good size. The room was very clean. It is nothing overly fancy but perfect for exactly what it is. They asked us if we want extra blankets because it does get cold at night. It does have a sink with counters, coffee station and mini refrigerator. The shower was decent size and of course hot water! The jacuzzi takes a bit to fill up so I would say give them 1 1/2 to 2 hours notice when you want it and yes it was very clean.
