Beautiful hotel unfortunately it needs an update. Floors are old, bathrooms are run down, ceiling in the sauna bathrooms need a huge renovation. Swimming pool is awesome and breakfast too. At one point it was probably a very nice hotel, too bad they haven’t kept it!

The biosecurity rules do NOT apply, the facilities are very old, there are no recent remodels and now they handle the day pass, guests do not use the water cover and the staff does not require it either.

Room was comfortable except the AC setting was frigid; had to turn it off. A choice between cold and less cold water weren't the options sought for a shower. Hotel has public Wi-Fi but was not used. Pizza parlour at street level was noisy with adjacent traffic; somewhat annoying and a stark contrast to otherwise quieter hotel venues. Had Pijao Sandwich which wasn't anything to write home about. Pizza seemed a much better choice. It's a great place to stay… nice oasis amidst urban setting.

The hotel is very old and isn't well maintained. The food is good and the service is ok.

The security of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, as I was robbed by some belongings in the pool. On the other hand the manager did not behave properly to the situation he had suffered. Very poor security management, which is paramount in a hotel of the cost that this handles per night.

I liked being in this hotel, the food is very rich, the rooms are comfortable. The only thing is that they close everything very early, we, as a family, are accustomed to be awake minimum until eleven at night, I understand that there are some who are going to sleep earlier than that, but we like the fun at night too. The Hotel is very nice but the attention is pretty bad. Q. Example, they charge a towel that is stained by the cheap cushions they put in their furniture.
