they took my parents luggage out of the room without a warning, in the rain, kept a cellphone charger and some medicaments and never returned them even when the hotel confirmed they where in the room
This is quiet long, and here's my parent's experience in this hotel in spanish, but a resume is in the title of the review. Absolutely awful.
Esto es para reportar una experiencia muy mala y advertir a otras personas acerca de ustedes y la empresa Cocoratours encargada del tour con hospedaje. El día domingo 21 de marzo de 2021 sacaron a mis papás, personas mayores de 70 años, junto a otras personas, de sus habitaciones en medio de un aguacero torrencial. Llegando del tour, se encontraron con las maletas tiradas en una esquina cubiertas con un plástico. Adicional a esto, ciertas pertenencias como cargadores entre otros no fueron entregados, con el pretexto de que el hotel no tenia copia de las llaves y los nuevos huéspedes no estaban en el hotel. La excusa del hotel es que la empresa Cocoratours no acordó con ellos la estadía de un día más, pero esto era algo que se había acordado previamente, que se había confirmado con anterioridad: pagar el excedente de 1 día de hospedaje más porque el tour solo incluye 1 noche de hospedaje. Una actitud muy reprochable que le deja una malísima experiencia a dos personas que iban por primera vez a Salento. Por último, quisieron hacernos creer que se trataba del hotel donde Cupeto, afectando la imagen de este último enviándome fotos de las habitaciones de ellos. Se adjuntan fotos para probar que estuvieron allá. Nada recomendable ni la empresa ni el hospedaje.
