Wonderful place to stay. It's clean, safe, food is great, and the hotel staff is very kind.

Comfortable room with a nice view and clean bathroom. The hotel is big with many activities, everything from ping-pong to tennis to even gokarts. The staff is very nice and helpful. Finally the nature around the place is amazing, with lots of beautiful birds.

The hotel is perfect, the room was spotless, the food very good and the employees very friendly always helpful. I recommend this hotel to rest and disconnect a bit of everything. It is not a hotel with reasonable prices but it is worth it. Definitely if I have the chance I'll come back.

Very nice Hotel and very quiet.
What worries me a lot are, (the employees that do not use protection in hands and face) of very good rest all there are lights shows every half hour and the restaurant with very rich breakfasts. Of the lunches I can not attest why they were two uncomfortable lunches…
MMM the excellent delicious dinner has no more words to describe, ful air, good laundry service, room service. Cane Aquapark twice a day. Road in good condition, easy transport and a lot of nature that most we ask for a good weekend.

Girls bring their own conditioner the There does not work and the pool leaves the hair disastrous and the shop did not work during the time I was there.

Clean hotel and the staff is really helpful. We had dead bees (about 40) in our first room but they relocated us quickly afterwards. The restaurants are alright and offer variety even though the ones at the pool are rater bad. The staff gave us a room to use after our checkout which was a nice consideration from them. I'd recommend the hotel!

Pity Christmas dinner, $90.000 per person for a Buffet without variety, cold food and did not reach even for a glass of wine. I don't recommend it to celebrate the new Year's Parties.

The good parts: The place installations are good, lots to do in the hotel, there is good food and in general is just good. The bad: The staff is like forced to work, they never smile, never greet, they seem to be working sadly. They need to motivate the staff or change it.

Amazing place to relax with the kids. Many activities are available for the kids such as basket ball, tennis, ping pong, mini golf, volley ball, karts and more… Open buffet offers good food and the service is amazing. The only thing that needs to be made better is the desserts that are no so wow right now.

This place is a diamond hidden between both coffee and banana plantations. This resort is top-notch and has nothing to envy to any resort in COL. It has a pet-care area, a clay court for tennis, and a freaking track to go karting. The care from the employees resemble the ones from Disney. Stay in this place. You won't regret it!
