The best thing is the pool! The rooms are not spacious but the beds are comfortable. Good service and good location. No crowds.

The hotel has some facilities very comfortable, but the best thing is the availability and friendliness of the staff, from reception to the room service. The waiters are quite helpful and the food was crazy! I repeat that a thousand times.

It is a magical place, very welcoming the staff, very rich cuisine. We did a coffee tour, our guide Tomás explained everything perfectly, the tour is well conceived.

They Combia Hacienda is a fantastic vacation spot that is a must see if you plan on visiting the coffee region of Colombia. Whether you're searching for a relaxing vacation, romantic getaway, or a beautiful event location I would highly recommend it. I personally went there for a wedding and was enthralled with its beauty, friendly service, and great atmosphere.

We stayed here for four days. A very nice hotel with a great view. A swimming pool is also available a spa can be used. There is always an English-speaking staff member at the reception. All staff are friendly and helpful. A coffee plantation is right next to it and can be visited. But also trips to Salento, to the wax palms or to the botanical garden and much more can be organized by the staff. I would definitely recommend this type.

It is a magio, spectacular place recommended 100% to go as a couple and as a family, the food is delicious the service is very good everything is super like, it has gym and event room plus they do a very spiritual coffee tour different from all the coffee tours.

The original house is very beautiful.
They have other lodging areas, the pool fences very nice but the ones that are close to the parking place not so much, without being bad.
The food was excellent.
They have a tour of the farm where they explain the coffee work.

This place is a wonderful retreat. It focuses on awakening the senses that lay dormant in our frenzy lives. The rooms are rustic but lovely and comfortable, with cable TV and Wi-Fi. No AC but a ceiling fan and the lovely sounds of nature outside. The restaurant has great food and great service.

They breathe tranquility, they are very careful with the environment. The deal is exquisite. The room is spacious and cared for and you only hear the sounds of nature. The Tour of the Hacienda is instructive and fun.

Lovely place for our 2 day stay including a well organized coffee tour on the finca. Not all personell speaks English, and the room is a bit dark (but good views). Service and facilities are feest though!

Boutique hotel in a coffee plantation — a common concept in Colombia’s coffee region, and this one is done well! Helpful and friendly staff. The view from the pool and jacuzzi is spectacular. The tour of the plantation includes a coffee tasting, and is very well done. A very nice place to relax, with good access to many sites of interest nearby (Salento, Valle del Cocora, Filandia, Armenia, Pereira), but better if you have/rent a car. A great experience!

This hacienda was a real sanctuary for me! In room 5 you have your own hammock… fabulous! super friendly staff and a cosy environment. Great informative coffee plantation tour rught on site! I’ll be back!

Very nice place (a little secluded) to stay in the coffee area. Very friendly welcome. But you have to bring your own wine or beer.

Hotel within a coffee plantation, top for the frame and the staff always listening, but flop for the Spartan rooms, the permanent purring of the trucks.

This is a working coffee Plantation with an attached boutique hotel. You don't have stay here to visit and attend their inspiration tour. Cost of the tour is 104, 500 COP is pricey but ran very professionally. The tour starts by the reception area where a tour guide will come and collect you. They will provide you with a bottle water and take you to the Plantation part of their facility. A very short walk to their tour building, while telling you about the history of their Plantation. Once in the building they will train you in how to coffee taste and discern between 3 classes of coffee. The coffee tasting portion really reveals how well you know and enjoy your coffee. They finish the coffee tasting portion of the tour with a small piece of wood from one of the tress cut in their property. They use it as an educational aid and to keep you in track with what they will be covering-@the end is a take home souvenir. They will start making their way down winding thru the plants and covering the process from beginning to end and disrupting opening the four factors that helps Colombia being one of the top quality coffee-operative word is quality because while Brazil and Vietnam are the two biggest producers because of their mechanical harvest method versus the Colombian which still remains entirely manual. This allows the plantations to only pick the fruit is the right node and discriminate against rotten or not ripped fruit.
