Super nice and comfortable rooms, super clean and the formality of the employees is great, it has its own parking lot, it's a shame that in the rooms with a balcony you can hear a lot, a lot of noise

Amazing place! The receptionist stayed until 10:30 to make sure I got into the hostel okay. And when I arrived late at night she gave me the warmest, kindest welcome.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Salento. It was a great place to take a break on the way. Very clean, comfy and great hosts.

We went to the spa for a couples package that they offer which includes the wet areas along with the massage and it was a great value for all that you get.

The Hotel Soratama in Pereira is a gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome; their service was truly outstanding.

Upscale hotel directly overlooking the Plaza with great service. Room was very comfortable. Some websites say it has a pool, but it’s actually a rooftop jacuzzi.

Love it. Will go again. Everything was perfect clean. Clean bathroom. Service was excellent. Stayed Aug 11-13 wish I had stayed longer. People were very caring and attentive. The view was spectacular.

One of the best places I've been in Colombia. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to take a break from the noisy streets of the city.

Most hotels in this area tend to have a lot of noise in their rooms.
The staff is friendly, I found it to be a simple, comfortable hotel, I only stayed one night.

Nice hotel, comfy with an awesome shower with hot water. Breakfast was simple but good. Very clean and safe. Only drawback is it’s not safe to walk around after 6pm so definitely use uber.

Spotlessly clean, great value for money. Provides hot showers, mini fridge, elevator, generous breakfast, helpful staff, shelves and a desk!
The bed is small and hard though.

The place is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is very beautiful, surrounded by lots of nature, very clean, and perfect for disconnecting and escaping stress for a few days.

It’s a far drive but worth staying at the hotel. The rooms are nice. The pools at the hotel are much better than balneario. The food at the restaurant was really good too.

The staff were so beyond kind, and the room was simple but cosy. As others have mentioned, you can hear every single sound as the doors/walls are not thick.

I stayed there in 2010 and I still remember the place, the receptionist, owner and cleaning ladies were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The cleaning lady made sure my laundry was done on time.

What a place. Definitively to comeback. Everything is done with excellence. The installation incrusted in the middle of the mountain is breathtaking.

I will be back… This place was quiet and relaxing, an oasis in the mountain. The food was amazing and really well priced. Next time I want to do the excursion they offer that takes about 3 hours.
