We had a wedding night with my husband at this hotel and it was absolutely romantic, the staff had everything prepared for us in our stay and were willing to help us in everything we needed. 100% recommended.

Poor service, by the end of the year they do not budget the number of people, nor do they have reservations, as for January 31 and 1 there was no water all day at the hotel. We do not recommend spending New Year's Eve at this hotel.

I recommend 100% this wonderful hotel. From the first time I contacted by phone, they were very kind. Natalia was very attentive and helped me with everything. The 214 suite with mountain view, jacuzzi and fireplace is even better than you can see in the photos, I was very satisfied with the breakfast on the balcony. Best of all is the wet area; The sauna, the Turkish, the jacuzzi with hydromassage and the heated pool with quite relaxing jets, the attention of all the staff is impeccable, the facilities are too relaxing despite being in the urban area. Very accurate location; 3 blocks from the Plaza Mayor, close to everything. I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant as I am vegetarian and the menu was limited, but the facilities also live up to the rest of the hotel, very romantic. They really exceeded all my expectations, I would definitely choose it again whenever I go to Villa de Leyva. Thank you so much for everything!

Cosy place… quiet and excellent facilities… Recommendation: The use of sauna and Turkish from 1 pm should Reconciderarlo as it is the time of departure and is not reached to use it is only use maximum of 15 minutes to simply answer that is from the 1pm for that 4 stars.

Durante mi estadía tuve inconvenientes en el cuarto, uno de ellos no había agua caliente, también no pude nunca usar el jacuzzi, supuestamente el mejor cuarto que tiene el hotel. Reclame y me prometían que solucionarían el problema sin ningún suceso. Cuando decidí irme, hice el check out del hotel y me prometieron que me devolverían una significante cantidad de dinero pues estaba saliendo un día antes y yo ya había pago toda mi estadía con dinero efectivo. Me pidieron que diera un número de cuenta de banco así me depositarían el dinero, inclusive me dijeron la cantidad exacta que depositarían. Llame a mi esposo y les dimos la tarjeta de crédito pero dijeron que era mejor cuenta de banco. En ese momento no la teníamos. Me dijeron que mandara un e. Mail y todo se resolvería vía e. Mail. Creímos que lo harían y cambiaron de opinión. Nos mintieron y el Mananger me quizo decir que yo lo que quería era dinero. Poco profesional. Ese hotel no está siendo bien representado.

I stayed at the Hotel Campanario for five nights during New Years. The first night I noticed that their was no hot water. I notified the staff and they told me to let the water run for thirty minutes and let them know if it got hotter. It never got hot — only luke warm. I continued to let them know but they never resolved the problem. Eventually they told me that that hot water pump was broke. So after five days I left the hotel and checked into another hotel that had hot water. I was never able to speak directly with the hotel manager about my experience. They have several properties and I’m not sure the manager spends much time at this hotel. So I sent an email to the manager and got the run-around. If you want a hot shower and bath don’t go to this hotel.

OMG what a luxury. The spa is amazing, the rooms are huge and service is top. I really miss this place already! The swimming pool is small but great, the jacuzzi was indulging, the dry sauna was great, the steam sauna was not really steamy but never mind. The room had also a beautiful huge balcony and was huge itself with immense king size bed, the bathroom was great. The breakfast is a bit bad for such a place. Very basic. We are outside.

While staying here, we had the pool to ourselves every time. Breakfast was lovely, nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and it's only two blocks away from the Plaza.

A nice place to rest and spend a few days… the food very good.

It is a nice hotel, well located, with parking which puts it 1 point above the other hotels in the center, comfortable rooms, however well stocked details are lacking in the minibar, the toilet is regular, but in general the service of the staff stands out, the restaurant service is excellent delicious food and the wet areas very clean and meets expectations. We recommend it and hope to improve what is indicated.

It has pool Climatisada and cover. It is also a giant hotel and you never know when you will find a new room in Conclución I recommend it to 100

A very nice hotel located in the very center of Villa de Leyva, the external style complies to the whole village (spanish colonian) but inside it's a fully functional, modern, cozy hotel. All the rooms overlook a patio with a nice fountain, rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, there is a flat screen smart tv, bed size is really generous for the local standards, our room also had an additional bed. The bathroom is also quite spacious and nicely decorated, the only annoying point was the toilet seat that couldn't stay open. Wi-fi is free and quite stable. The staff is incredibly kind and caring, breakfast is quite good and it's served at the table.
