I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel in front of the lake. From the moment I arrived, the attention from the entire staff was exceptional.

Excellent service by Clara and the other waitress, they have a good attention and good ideas of want to order.

It was a pleasure staying here. Warmly greeted upon arrival our room was very clean and modern. Natalia and the staff were very helpful of where to do what to do, and very friendly.

Such a beautiful place, you can spend the day there without going in the city. The food and service was A+++

It's a very nice place, with termal water, the food was delicious, except for one out of 2 pineapple juice that tasted like the pineapple was spoiled.

Casa Roble is excellent for sharing with the family, it has a fabulous space, very nice and cozy common areas, we loved the service, especially the delicious red wine, very close to the main road and

The service was impecable, the room is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. You can take a hot shower and have a delicious breakfast each morning. I hope to come back soon.

Dinning room was a bit crowded for breakfast time, which wasn't great for COVID reasons. Room was clean and OK, bathroom OK with hot water in the shower.

This hotel has very nice prices, it is close to the city center and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is incredible and the buffet breakfast is amazing.

The hotel you really need once on holiday for relax in peace, service and cleanliness impeccable I'd recommend it and personally come back.

Thrilled! This amazing resort spa turned out to be what I expected and more. Its natural thermal pool relaxed me but ultimately energized me and alleviated some minor pain in my back.

It is a place where it is very easy to get to due to its location, it has very local shops in case you require a purchase. I was able to stay with my pet without any problem.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, spacious, the parking is inside and spacious, the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, bright, spacious; I loved it.

The hostesses are the friendliest people I have ever met.
