Today I came home wanting to return to Cartagena every weekend and for their post stay in the Corales de Indias, excellent service in general, all its staff very attentive and its facilities are beautiful, the food exquisite. Without a doubt if anyone wants to stay in Cartagena I suggest in closed eyes the Hotel Corales de Indias.

I highlight the hotel's very comfortable facilities and the attention of the team according to many guest needs, the variety of the menu and excellent view.

Last year we had the opportunity to go to this beautiful hotel, it was something unforgettable from q you get the attention is super friendly, the warmth of the people, the rooms, the cleanliness is impeccable, And q to say the breakfast delicious but the q I will never forget that beautiful sight of something in dream, and its surroundings, the tranquility q was, I hope some day to return thanks for the attention q gave us my husband, my children and my truth I highly recommend it.

Hotel had some good features but we had to change rooms due to a strong moldy smell in room. The second room still had an odor but not as strong. If you have strong allergies or Asma I would not recommend this Hotel.

Very clean hotel and staff was very friendly. Please note that none of the hotel staff speaks English — not a negative comment but you will need conversational Spanish skills to get by. Pros: very clean, good pool, good breakfast buffet, affordable. Cons: it’s not close to anything besides the airport. The atm in the hotel was broken so we had to walk back to the airport to get more cash. No restaurants or shops close by. Also the hotel arranged for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport. It wound up being a cab and the cost was double what we paid to go from the airport to the Old City center (which is double the ride time). Do not have the hotel arrange a shuttle. Just find a yellow public taxi to drive you to the hotel — it should cost about $8, 000 COP. If we were to go back to Cartagena I would stay in the old city and pay a bit more for accommodations.

Beautiful hotel steps from the airport and 10 minutes from the walled city. Have facilities great for a family holiday with small children. Rooms meals with balcony and sea view. The hotel staff is super friendly and cordial. The food is exquisite.

I had the opportunity to spend a few days relaxing in the hotel with my family and we liked it a lot, so I want to highlight the excellent attention to the guest from the entrance you get a very good deal they are all super attentive and diligent I want to emphasize the attention of the person who is in charge of serving the hot drinks in the restaurant is a person super friendly and very bn diligent hurt does not remember his name but he is always doing the same work. Very clean throughout and the common areas super my son I enjoy very much. Recommended to spend a good holiday.

Hotel corales de Indias, is located in the sector of Crespo. Although it does not have private beach it offers a free shuttle service for the tourist. There is Also the Trasmicaribe stop. Good service, good buffet.

Good Place for work events. Close to the airport. Excellent service, especially in the restaurant and support staff in the event halls of the Ground Floor convention Center.

There's no money exchange in the front desk. The breakfast "buffet" does not have a lot OF options. They don't have an iron in the rooms, they offer laundry services. They highly "recommend" an insurance for your belongings once you check in, which makes you wonder how safe the hotel is. You can see the beach from the hotel but you still have to cross a really busy street. Probably won't stay here again.

The security here was legit. I felt so safe. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is privately settled closer to residential area and 8min away from the main town via taxi.

I was there in December 2017, I loved the hotel, the attention is very very very good. Would have Q pay attention to the facilities to make them maintenance and not let Q deteriorate… of rest fascinated me… Super close to the airport You can walk.

Worst hotel I have even been too. I would rather stay at a super 8 then this molded hotel. We had to leave early do to the smell to get another hotel because the smell was unbearable and these people would not give us the money back for the rest of the days. I would not recommend and wish that anyone stay in the hotel.

The hotel has a location to visit Cartagena in a different way, it has a quite walkable area, however the beach opposite is not suitable for swimmers, you can walk but you can not swim. The hotel has parking is in a safe area, very good breakfast, nice pool all rooms have sea view, overall it is a good experience. Good service.

The hotel does not have much q to do is close to the airport but removed from the walled city and the beaches of Bocagrande, although it has a beach in front access is through the main avenue so it flows a lot of car. The beds are comfortable but the room vs the cost did not seem very good. Breakfast is very simple for this type of hotel.

All the hotel rooms have a view of the sea. The service to the room is very good and with a price according to the portions. In the restaurant it is very rich dinner and the natural fruit juices they offer are excellent. 100% recommended.

Air condition set to very low temp. And not possible to change set point. I had to switch it off by slightly openning balcony door, which is not the best way due to the high humidity outside. Food is not of very good qualitty.

Pretty decent Hotel with no access to the beach nearby. Limited to their pools only. Junior Suite was very roomy and comfortable. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to bathroom cleanups and not leave any hair from prior guests laying around.

Service was great, The room's was okay not bad the Air-conditioning worked great. After all it's in Colombia, The pool was great, And it's very close to old Town But what I didn't like and I'm disagreeing is that you need to pay an extra $54 each day if you wanna bring in a family member or friend.

It is a nice hotel operated by two important Colombian compensation boxes. Large, very large, close to the beach and located in a quiet, residential area.
I have been assigned room on the 5th floor with a wonderful view to the sea.
The room is small, appropriate for a good rest, with good air conditioning and bath area, and a phenomenal balcony to watch the sunset and the sunrise.
The food is rich, in good portions. Catered for by shy and friendly cooks and waiters.
At reception the service is agile and also friendly.
As a matter to improve is the maintenance of the rooms in their cleaning service which, although clean, I hope impeccable in the maintenance of the areas, particularly the bathroom.

The room wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but my view was exceptional! The room service was always quick and the food was usually hot. Majority of the staff was welcoming but a few showed how frustrated and annoyed they were by my lack of knowing how to speak Spanish. That did not ruin the trip because my overall experience was nice.

Huge pool for children and 3 Jacuzzi in the open air… Difficult to access…

Mold as far as the eye could reach! The rooms stink of mildew already when you come in and you don't need to look long, you find it quickly. I have moved 2x to another room and my friends 1x. The last rooms were a bit better, but also with mold. I have now seen 7 rooms spread out in the hotel and everywhere you smell the mold. That's a knockout criterion.

In addition, the pool area is unloved, no plants and no parasol far and wide. Next to the street and an ugly beach.
The shampoo bottle in the second room was stretched with water (significantly more fluid than in the first room). The check-in lasts forever.
The only reason why there are stars at all is that they readily exchanged rooms and looked at the shortcomings. However, the mold problem is present throughout the hotel, probably you can only tear it down.

For me it is a very relaxed, quiet and also clean hotel, not far from the historic old town — worth seeing!
With very friendly, helpful staff, whatever a smile for me on the face I feel here, very well kept unfortunately, the hotel is located between a well-run street and beach, which is not very comfortable either. This problem, have apparently summed up all the hotels!
So now one more dear greeting to the friendly staff I look forward to a few more nice days here in this hotel.

Nice family hotel in cartagena, my little cousin loved the children swimming pool. Its right on the beach but you can't swim in that area but it's just a 5 min taxi drive to other beaches or to the ciudad enmurallada.

Very nice Hotel, great rooms all with sea view, the restaurant is outstanding we tried several dishes and the truth we were surprised with the presentation, taste and quality with a fair price, for the one that likes meat recommended the posta negra cartagena, with respect to the rest the only bad thing is that despite being on the 10th floor and listened to the entertainers of the pool as if they were on the balcony.
