Bowie was there, very nice gardens and spacious and clean rooms.

Excellent food all very rich, very clean God bless you.

With better quality of attention in reception staff are impolite, the rooms are very dark and small and it is very bad service to arrive at the hotel and they did not have double rooms only you are very small beds and to complete one needs descance and I touch staff working during the night, the tenax noise. I congratulate and I really like the attention in the restaurants the delicious food, but I would not stay in this hotel again.

We arrived at 1 pm the check in was at 3 pm the room was not ready. They sent us to the second building. We had to carry our heavy luggage. When we reached the 3rd floor we could not bathe due to lack of towels. Very poor attention!

Excellent property and very convenient to reach airport. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

I had a very good experience. Friendly staff, clean, big room compare with many other hotels, nice bathroom/ shower. The food I had was really good. (I paid cash and I forgot my receipt so I hope they don’t doble charge me) close to airport and a transport to pick you up to bring and back to airport. Date I stayed 21/06/2021

This place was not great. Everyone is nice, welcome to Colombia, however we booked the suite. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. The hotel sits on the busiest street in Bogota. They market sound proof rooms haha… this is not true if you are on the street side. The restaurant off the lobby is good the one outside was never open. I ended up leaving this hotel and booked at the Bogotá Marriott Hotel instead which was perfect and very safe.

Good value, clean rooms (housekeeping attention to cleaning is very thorough). Bed is comfortable. Good safe in the room. Furniture is basic but functional (Desk and chair, side chair and table and bedside table with alarm) DirectTV service. But not much English language content. Breakfast food and service is good. Check-in greeting is friendly but the system of paperwork could be improved (requested address and phone number at check in but had it from website on reservation).

This includes the 5 star service you receive at their restaurant, you would have easily thought you are at a Michelin star restaurant. The rooms as they are described on Google is inaccurate because I can hear sounds from outside the hallway and airplanes at night easily. The rooms are described as sound proof but that is a lie. Another thing about the rooms is that I found out in the middle of the night the iPhone dock/clock doesn’t even turn on. Like nobody even checked to make sure the equipment in the room is working properly. Also the toilet seat was dangerously loose on and someone could fall off the toilet if they were not careful sitting on it. I only stayed overnight so was unable to properly notify the staff about the issues with the room. Feedback for the hotel: they should figure out a solution about all the mold that is growing in the showers.

It has very good menu of meats, however the service to the table is very slow and sometimes the waiters forget the things that are requested.
The internet is regular, something unstable. The rooms are standard, no wonder.
It is very close to the airport which makes it very convenient.

The hotel is very comfortable and the care was outstanding. It is very advantageous that it has a courtesy shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport. You will not get 5 points for that has an event hall adjacent and at night they streamed the music to my room.

Excellent hotel with timely and friendly service. I have stayed here 2 times. Once because an airline cancelled a flight and the second one because of an international Connection. Both times it has been great and I love the rooms.

Airport Hotel. Roundtrip shuttle service every 15 min. Good choice if you have an early flight and still time to rest a bit. There's restaurant downstairs. The dinner was rich although a bit messy the attention, to bring the bill, etc. Well in general.

Love the location to the airport, but the hotel left much to be desired. Horrible front desk service in regards to customer needs. Not to mention the fact that our sink fell out of the basin while washing our hands. We did love the two restaurants and the store located in the property.

Pretty good place to stay close to the airport. The only potential improvement is that I find that the check-in/check-out processes tend to be relatively slow. Breakfast is adequate.

Attended by robots without mind or will for the service. Staying here was courtesy of my airline for a delayed flight. But I really don't desrmbolsaba a weight for this place. They didn't even have coffee in the restaurant, when I asked for one, the waiter recommended me to go to the restaurant next door. Lousy service. Avoid it.

Good place for business stay and meetings Located just a few minutes from the airport this is a decent choice for business and meetings. Service is reliable and staff friendly. Common areas are spacious and it has plenty of parking. Meeting rooms are modern and they have multiple choices. Food is not very good.

All in all a decent service and a pleasant stay. Clean and quite big rooms, free airport shuttle runs every 15 mins. For the price service could be a bit better (and quicker)

We arrived after 28 hours of travelling and there was someone waiting at the airport to pick us up in the shuttle. A sight for sore eyes! Check in was straightforward (passports and payment). We ordered room service for our kids and a delicious meal was delivered in 20 mins. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the bathroom amazing. Breakfast was the best I've had in years and check out isn't till 1. I'm in heaven!

We stayed here while waiting for our connection flight. They waited for us at the gate, drove us to the hotel. Customer service was amazing. Breakfast and shuttle service was included. Highly recommended.

A very convenient location, only three minutes from the airport by car. They have transportation to and from El Dorado. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast very complete. The staff is friendly. Ideal if you have a stopover in Bogotá.

The service is good. Were you on the tower 2 there is access covered between the 2 towers. And the restaurant is on the tower 1. To cold to cross. Room was for two but the towels for one person. No hair dryer in the bathroom covered. With no heating. I did not like.

It was a good hotel for staying for a night. Comfortable bed. And nice staff. One thing that happened is I could smell smoke from my room. So I'm not sure if smoking rooms are close to the non-smoking rooms.

Such a good hotel. The only difficult in have with it is the food prices, obviously is a 5 star hotel but the prices are kinda expensive. I suggest you to come to this hotel if you're for Business in Bogota city, but not for tourism because the hotel itself is far away of the downtown.

Hello I have heard excellent things about the hotel, I would like to consult with you if it is possible to arredar rooms for almost three months, I am a student for flight attendant.

Poor customer service, lazy staff, I dropped my wallet in the shuttle to the airport, called and asked them to check for me, receptionist said to hold as she would, took 30 seconds (not enough to go out side and check) said sorry didn't find it, and hung up, I had to cancel all my cards, and still had 20 days left in colombia, when I got a call the next day telling they found it at plain sight, had to go back to stay there again (couldn't cancel my reservation) and they wouldn't input my card manually, had me waiting 2 hours till my bank approved the transaction, only plus is their proximity to the airport! would give a 0 star if I could!

Bogotá habitel hotel, is a hotel which never more location, not only for the bad service that I lent from the entrance to the exit, but by the quality price, rates have are way too high for the service provided the only thing I saw favorable was the main reason for my choice is the location for its proximity to the el dorado airport. Devi ever change my choice of always the capital hotel.
