Security is a mess and they have a huge lack of communication. I stayed with my boyfriend for a whole month and definitely this place is not worth the money/time. Both the company that rented the place, Jalo, and the security team, failed to inform us about key things like face recognition registry or local water supply cuts/curfews. Therefore, we had lots of issues with the elevator (only one was working for us) and had to take the stairs several times (not ideal when you stay on the 8th floor). The room in itself is nice although loud and small, the Internet works good, but the service is completely terrible. The security people is rude, slow, clueless, and asked us every day during a month stay if we were checking out every time we went outside of the building. Also, the intercommunicator with the lobby never worked. The room cleaning was sloppy the first time so we had to ask for better cleaning. There are far better places in the area and for the same price. Plus lots of people asking for money in the front of the building and security don’t seem to care.

BE AWARE! dishonest staff. Trip got canceled and they held my refund due to a hurricane how petty is that first they lied and said they did not get any money from Expedia then I called Expedia and Expedia told me otherwise and I had both parties on the phone at the same time. Andry Andre’s will see me soon.

Great place to stay, really good location near to great restaurants and bars. Really cozy place to feel comfortable and do some home office if needed. I loved how the host attended me, super recommended.
