The hotel is well located and the price is good. The room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable. To improve the check in process which is too slow, as the system asks as three times the address and the contact phone and one must repeat it every time. Our check in process took 1 hour and there were only 2 people before us. It is also important that when they deliver the room this completely ready, in ours there was only one towel and we were two people, neither had towels of hands nor shampoo, nor balm and only a small soap. Breakfast is fine you can choose between a ham and cheese cookies or eggs with ham accompanied by bread, there is some fruit, coffee or chocolate. Overall the hotel is OK but it does have management issues to improve.

No towels or shampoo in the room. Had to ask twice for towels and shampoo is not available at all. Also there is no hot water. In general a very old and dirty place. I really cannot recommend the hotel.

Really bad, we chose to stay in the Suite and the truth I know hotels much cheaper and with better service and facilities.
In the Suite the bathroom was a disaster the whirlpool was dirty full of hair and the toilet was not discharged well, outside of that call us to solve the impasses and took a long time and the final did not solve anything.
We had to request the refund of the money and change of hotel.

Place is nice enough, however they blatantly lie. Was told I could get a shuttle bus, payed extra for it and they did not honour this. Ended up having to pay for a taxi as well as the extra it costs to preorder the shuttle bus as I don't speak Spanish and couldn't argue my point. I think this is probably a ploy they use often, so no Spanish speaking people beware! Also there 'complimentary' breakfast is two eggs.

One of the worst hotels that you could find.

They can really make a bigger effort on the service offered, no soap in the bathrooms, shower if hot water, lots of noise between the rooms, lights in bad condition inside the room, lack of BPM in the kitchen. Despite the cost they can make a greater effort to improve the experience.

It's a good hotel at a central point that's not far from the airport and it is at a comfortable distance from the center. It's got the services of a 4 star hotel. It's in a quiet area security wise but every now and then the noise of the planes taking off from the airport which is not at a far distance could be annoying. The area it is in has many good motels and at a very economic rate.

Elegante place, close to the airport. Easily to reach and lovely reception.
