Nice place to stay. Close to the airport. It's close a big mall. Hot water it's ok. Bedroom is nice. And the people it's very helpful.

This place is amazing, I love their customer service, the hotel is very close to the airport they have 24 hour shuttle, room are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is out of this world! They make you feel as home.

It is a comfortable hotel, close to the airport, with shuttle service every 30 minutes, has elevators for your comfort and people are very friendly, have shuttle service if you want to do any city tour.

This place its perfect to arrived from a trip and to leave from one they have the best buffet for each meal. And the pool table its so cool so I recommend this place also the rooms are equipped with everything are bigger and they thing in functional thing but also in the best combination between glamour and elegance.

I am very unhappy with the staff service as to Mr. Fernando Night Manager, as it is a person who should set an example and is a gentleman with a bad customer service, if I am a member of Decameron Multiholiday I do not want to imagine what will be with others.
Having a reservation of more than two months came with my family from an international flight to rest and this hostile and Malacarosamente Lord makes us wait more than 50 people who register and allude to me aloud, this gentleman makes it look bad form this hotel.

Excellent location, good quality service, live music, buffet breakfast, super friendly staff and if you arrive before the hotel or check out and need to keep the luggage they help you.

Front desk staff were rude and unwilling to assist. I had called ahead with an urgent medical request and they had said no problem. When I arrived an hour later, they had not even attempted to help with the request. I waited an additional 2.5 hours before the request was fulfilled. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel has an excellent location very close to the airport. Uncomplicated environment. Excellent restaurant. Clean rooms. I didn't like the lighting in the hallways or the lack of service to direct the guests to the room.

Really nice rooms, good space, nice desk, big TV and very quiet just what you need to relax, the restaurant is nice too, service is great, all members of staff are friendly and welcoming.

The cleaning service in the room is very good. The hotel has a gym, entertainment room (billiards), bar area, hotel transport, a restaurant. The staff were very helpful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is an environment 100% smoke-free (fine of 100 dollars). Family atmosphere, excellent place.

Good hotel for a layover. Breakfast is not that good if you're an early bird and get there at 6am on the dot (things and staff not ready) and my wait for the airport shuttle was 1hour! Otherwise a very clean and modern hotel. Rooms are great.

I was in Aloft Bogotá in July, I think it is a hotel with wonderful facilities, with a very friendly and especially professional staff.
Its breakfast is unmatched as it is a buffet style that makes a visitor's stay more comfortable.
100% recommended for a weekend getaway for foreigners.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, located in a very business protected area, it has comfortable and modern rooms. Free shuttle to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Staff very nice, very good breakfast very full and varied.

Rooms are spacious and very modern. They offer free airport shuttle starting at 4 AM. We had to leave early and couldn't have the free breakfast that starts at 7 am, so they gave us a free pack lunch with banana chips and ham&cheese sandwich. Sweet!

Went to Aloft by chance due to a connection missed in Bogota and it was arranged by Avianca. The room is very cool, cozy and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi, pool table, and a very good breakfast. The service is also good with very nice and kind people.

Aloft Bogota is located next to Bog airport and has a free airport pick-up every 30 minutes. Hotel advanced novel, clean, maintain a consistent SPG style, so that people can feel a certain quality.
Breakfast pop, Central South America Hotel Breakfast is not as rich as Asia. Maybe it's the culture over here.
The drawback is that the hotel unexpectedly said that if there is no stay in the night trip, can not be parked luggage. If you check out early that day, but there is a trip to run, baggage problem must be taken into account, this is that I have lived in many restaurants for the first time, the service needs to be strengthened.

Great hotel. Love the modern feel and look of ALOFT hotels. Rooms are clean, staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Only reason not rated 5 stars is because there isn't much around the area to do.

Convenient location but that's about it. The TV was damaged, the door was coming off the hinges, light bulbs were out, very disappointing stay. Hotel seems very worn and dilapidated, which is surprising, considering it's not that old.

I was only in the loft and restaurant. The attention is good but a little slow at the bar. The restaurant is self-service with enough options very rico.

Booked this hotel through the starwood website and I thought the price I booked was what I would pay. That's not the case. They charge you a high room tax ($40 USD in my case) and on top of that, they charge you outrageous currency conversion rates. Between the time I booked and the actual hotel stay, the currency moved more in the favor of the dollar. But I guess the banks decided that I needed to pay an additional $11 to cover my favorable exchange rate. It felt like bait-and-switch pricing that you get surprised with as you check-out. Buyer beware, the listed price is not the final price.
