The hotel is not prepared to receive high occupancy, we were in marriage and we did very badly with the service. Breakfast didn't have enough crockery.

Great food, lovely staff. Grounds are lovely. Pool tennis, & a spa.

The lousy restaurant service I do not recommend the food is not rich in fact it is very tasteless, cold, and the dry meat, besides that I had a situation at the time of payment since they have phones that do not work and you have to wait until they can solve as they think it is the best thing for them, I had to leave the place I had to pay double and wait until they could be able to cancel of the first purchase. Guidance to lousy customer service.

The hotel was very accommodating and located right next to the airport… hotel staff was very friendly, there's many things to do near by and the Uber is very inexpensive.

Great location if you need to stay near the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and had solid drink and food options on site, with good local restaurants, all within 10-15 minute drive. A few things in the room could improve to be more comfortable — for example, lighting should be able to be controlled from the bed. There is airport shuttle available, running every 30 mins. Overall, good experience.

Outstanding: The surroundings surrounded by green areas, the well-designed interior spaces, the good attention, the transportation from and to the airport every half hour, the buffet breakfast and the culinary offer in general, the regulated prices of your interior shop, the swimming pool, peacocks, the option of heating in the restaurant, tennis courts, sauna… To improve: the option of having rooms vacated and available in the morning (those who arrived early, we have a delay of sleep by the conditions of the airlines to have to get up early more than usual…) could improve the logistics, with reserve of 2 Rooms with more than 20 days in advance, we did not manage that they were close (different floors) I stay in new area of the hotel and the toilet had water filtration in the base.

Personalized attention, it is a quiet space, you have privacy. It has a lot of variety of food on the menu. It has plenty of green walking areas, offering different activities that include affordable prices.

A space to spend it rich in family or alone, is a place that provides adaptations according to your needs and with a good atmosphere and gastronomy very good quality.

Excellent hotel, its new rooms are spectacular, the food is very good, the breakfasts with a lot of choice to eat. Take into account that the hotel is right by the airport, away from Medellin (40 minutes), so around there is not much. But recommended when the flight arrives very late or leaves very early.

Very nice hotel and the people are very nice. Clean room and their breakfast area is wonderful allot of food. Great spa and sauna if you’re staying at Rionegro for e few day before going to Medellin this is recommended.

Service is good. There's shuttle service every 30 minutes. Nice evironment, kind of fancy lobby and restaurant. Weather here is spectacular. The only thing I didn;t like is that there's an internal door which is locked and connects one room with the other, and you sort of hear conversations :S overnight in the next room. As for the rest is good enough.

From August 2017 I booked and paid two nights at the Hotel Las Lomas, as part of my niece's marriage gift. I asked for a room with balcony, the wedding night special, full food, welcome cocktail and they put a bouquet of roses instead of the threshed and bad taste, trail of petals. I warned the couple of the reservation number and the pertinent details. When the wedding night came, not only did they claim that there was no reservation or payment, but they wanted to force them to pay again. With much anguish the bride warned me on the phone of the inconvenience they faced, but a horrible disposition and ignorance about the minimum of customer service, I did not accept that new payment is made through the hotel page, arguing that being Weekend, the payment does not enter immediately and the hotel could not accept such circumstance. Another person who was close to the hotel came to pay to sort out the terrible situation that the bride and groom lived in what was supposed to be a wonderful wedding night. The next day I was able to go to show the hotel's error and the manager had "the great idea" to ask how to compensate the couple's disgust. But how to repay the time and erase the terrible night that passed, precisely where it must have been an unforgettable night?
Needless to say I don't want to have accounts with that hotel again… They stole happiness from a young couple on the first night of their marriage!

Spectacular. The hotel is great. The breakfast buffet is very complete, including fruits, vegetables, breads, typical dishes. The room is excellent and the staff is very attentive. They have transfer to the airport.

Rooms are modern and spacious especially in the new addition. Hotel is only minutes from the airport and hotel offers shuttle service. Breakfast is epic with omelets made to order and plentiful fruits. All service staff is friendly and helpful. One caveat is that the rooms don't have heat and on cold nights can be chilly. A great jump off point after getting off your flight. The city is a very long drive from the hotel, however.

The hotel is OK, with good and friendly service. But it is ranked as five star hotel, and to be fair it looks like a three stars. Rooms weren't well maintain: carpet room has stains and walls had scratches. The price is fair but it shouldn't be ranked as five star hotel.

Excellent. Right by the main airport for Medellin. It is a top notch facility. Wonderful rooms, staff, and facilities. Highly recommended. Pool, game room, spa and restaurants are all wonderful.

The restaurant Peccati excellent, good attention, delicious food. I recommend the BBQ ribs.

Hotel located less than 5 minutes from the international Airport José María Córdoba de Medellín, despite being next to it the noise of airplanes is very scarce, comfortable rooms, with all services, heated pool for adults and children, breakfast The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended for short or long stays, the Christmas party was very good, although the menu was a bit short, ample parking lots, as well as its facilities, tennis court and extensive green walking areas. Very centrally located, renovated, quiet spa area, heated outdoor pool.

Very close to the airport, very good style. It has a new part with spacious rooms and very well maintained. Breakfast was included and it had everything, though very little pastries. It has a swimming pool and well guarded. Highly recommended especially if you are going to catch a flight in the morning.

I didn't have the opportunity to stay. Just a little over priced for 1 night for $389.00. I am not saying I would never stay there, I would like to see if they offer any specials for a family stay.

Other than proximity to the airport, this hotel is mediocre. My room was not very clean, dead bugs and small litter on carpet showed that housekeeping is cursory. No hairdryer in room. The restaurant Saman served the toughest sirloin steak, and Posta Negra Cartagenera so overcooked it tasted as if it had been microwave reheated several times. The restaurant's staff did not care when we mentioned the problems.

Rooms are very clean staff is very nice and hospitable would definitely visit again.

We spent our wedding night at this hotel and we had excellent care from the staff. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Our room was very large, decorated with rose petals and fruits to eat (also strawberries with chocolate and a bottle of sparkling wine). It has green areas for take a walk and a garden in the back where you can see peacocks and ducks. It is located five minutes from the airport of Rionegro.

Beautiful Hotel, so close to the airport. (It´s not noising) Have good services, restaurant, gym, and very good meeting rooms. The room are confortable, dont big but really nice.

Loved the hotel… I was picked from the airport… staff friendly and helpful… great food or should I say an excellent gastronomy experience! Wi-Fi signal all the time… very clean… and decorated to my taste… to make it short: this is my kind of place!

It is the best hotel throughout the East of antioquia, he has all the comforts of a hotel 5 stars. Spa, gym, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, restaurant fast food gourmet, swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, and the best green areas to enjoy the tranquility, source with ducks and peacocks. A fantastic place.

Love love love this hotel. There has a spa, a bar comma tennis court, a pool. The concierge it's great. Several restaurants near that area with outstanding food. They offer hotel shuttle which is great. They also have Wi-Fi as well as air-conditioned rooms, as well as a nice workout center.

The pools area believe that it could be more clean, in fact the same pools should be clean.

My overall impresión of this hotel was it is ideally located, has good food but striving to be a 4 or 5 star hotel, it falls way short. The staff doesn't seem to understand how to really serve the guests. I asked two employees where the pool their response was, "downstairs". I jumped in the pool and was told that it was a national law that public pools required people to wear pool caps. I'm not desputing the law or saying that Movich Hotel was out of line to uphold the law but they did nothing to prepare guests for what was for me a very unusual requirement to enter the pool. The room was small a smelled musty. You can easily reach the sink while sitting on the toilet which is awkward. Stone finishes and architectual touches were nice but little things like the bed being on rollers (easily rolling away from the "headboard" as you sat up in bed) was a big oversight to me. I'm sure I'll be back here because of its convenience but I'll do my best to help them to create a better experience for future guests.

The staff is not very helpful, no one at the hotel the day and night I experienced a very uncomfortable lodging, spoke English. Attempts to ameliorate a bad situation made it even worse. In addition the Wi-Fi is unstable.

Excellent for rest, but a little pricey, and the noise of the peacocks, sometimes it can be annoying, because q make noise at dawn and at night when you sleep. The other excellent.

Excellent harmony with nature. Very nice gardens. Be sure to stroll one evening for them. Watch out for feathered friends who live there. They will give you a pleasant surprise.

Great hotel and the service is top caliber. I have been there 3 times and never had a complain in terms of service or food. If you like nature, make sure you walk around the property, they have manage to have friendly peacocks and ducks. They have sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzi and spa services that are perfect for couples.
