Everything, it is a very cozy space, a delicious meal.

Muy buena atención en general por parte de los empleados, exceptuando una empleada de la recepción que es un poco grosera y tosca con personas que no están hospedados allí y son familiares de clientes del hotel; los demás empleados son super amables y dados a un buen servicio para los usuarios. No hablan inglés pero atienden muy bien a quienes lo hacen e intentan comunicarse a toda costa con las personas para un buen servicio, mi prometido quedó muy agradecido y el botones es muy amigable siempre. Recomendado 100%

It's located in a quiet place. The rooms are comfortable and offer bathroom accessories. We did not try the breakfast but it is very varied and looks good. It is a good place to stay if you are coming from work or to attend an event as in my case. The people are very friendly.

Wonderful hotel! I traveled to Medellin in a group of 14 people and we spent 11 days at Hotel Suite Comfort! The location is great, there is a nearby park where you can ride a bike and there is a nearby square where several people play soccer (all day). The region is very safe and there are several great places to eat, mainly because it is close to Carrera 70 (one of the best places in Medellin). If you need to exchange money, there are currency exchange offices in the Unicentro shopping center (5 minutes walk) and Jumbo Market (10 minutes walk). The Medellín Metro station Sudamericana is 10 minutes from the hotel and is a great way to get around. But if you prefer to get out by taxi, just ask the reception to call you. The breakfast is varied and tasty with an nice view from terrace. Both lunch and dinner are incredible with an average price of 15, 000 Colombian pesos. The only "issues" I had were with the room cards demagnetizing and setting up the room safe. But even with these problems, the hotel staff was always kind and very polite! I loved to know Medellín and can't wait to return to the city and to Suite Comfort!

Excellent service and good cost/benefit ratio. The food is very it is. Quiet area with good access to transportation, restaurants and bars.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel until I found out that I had been double-charged. I paid with cash when I arrived, but because the reservation was made through booking, I was later charged a "no-show" fee on my debit-card. I could not get my money back because I did not have a receipt.

Very nice Hotel, close to the places of interest of the city like Plaza Mayor Convention Center, Plaza de Toros la Macarena, stadium Sports Unit Atanacio Girardot, Unicentro Shopping Center, South American Metro station, Banks, Restaurants and tourist corridor of the 70.

It is a simple hotel good cost value located in a very clean residential area good attention good breakfast.

This can be a potentially excellent hotel if it can upgrade. the pros are that the staff is very helpful, the elevator is most efficient and the location is acceptable. There is plenty of hot water, and they have a constant supply of nice coffee. They had bikes for rent and loaned you umbrellas when it rained. the cons are that some rooms have no hot water tap in the bathroom. In order to shave, I had to go in the shower. They did not supply drinking glasses and free potable water. We had to purchase water for brushing our teeth. The breakfast is ok, but the constant tired scrambled eggs are not too impressive. There was a TV but there was not one english channel. The hotel is also on the flight path of a local airport and the noise in the morning is somewhat loud. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate this hotel as 7.5

Nice hotel, some of the rooms are nicer than the others. The location is good but no close to public transportation however it's close to a nice area of bars in Medellín.

Spectacular, the breakfast exquisite, the personal tremendous mind friendly, super well located and neighborhood very safe, near places to eat of supermarket, 100% recommended, it spent extraordinary.
