Good afternoon! The service is good, but the security is very bad a week ago I was robbed, they have no security, I was robbed of the locker just lifted the mattress and took out my camera, passport and money! No cameras! And the hotel didn't take over! It's very insecure! I should do something, my other boy got robbed! I hope k take into account, but what a bad taste of Medellin's mouth! Take it into account and diffuse it! This can't be happening!

Super clean hostel. Kevin and Ignacio the receptionists made my trip a super pleasant experience always attentive and friendly a degree of unique professionalism thank you guys luck at all.

The Gentleman called Sebastian speaks English and was EXCELLENT in helping me as a Hotel guest, and he actually took the time to explain or take me to the places I needed services, because it was my first time in Colombia and I do not speak Spanish. It complies with the housing function. It's not the big deal, but the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is private (something we didn't see in many hotels, with bathrooms with doors that didn't cover much) and with attentive receptionist. Sadly, it is surrounded by nightclubs, so it is comfortable if you want to go out at night, but you have to put up with the noise of the surroundings. Breakfast was rich but could be better. I stayed there, but I didn't have much time to look for other options. Maybe you'll find something cheaper and equal or better.

New, clean, great location. No window in my room, not much light in the room. I would recommend overall for the price.

It is quite basic hotel. The staffs do not speak English. We had to type everything on Google translate to communicate. Room both room does bot have fa. And ventilation system. After a shower the room is very humid. Breakfast is basic but not bad. The best thing about this hotel is location. It is in best location. Very close to all you need and expect plus very leafy. In total, it is good valie for miney.

Great location. Waking distance to metro, lleras park, and many great restaurants and bars. Breakfast is also great and the hotel crew is friendly and helpful. The one annoying downside is the ridiculous fee the hotel charges for visitors who are not listed on the original reservation.

Modern facilities and good rooms. The location is very good. It is a 3 for 2 reasons: The room we were given had no window, but if a translucent panel simulated one that gives direct to the front desk. It is claustrophobic and since the morning you are "receiving" the visitors with all the noise that entails. On the other hand, the bathroom is very very small and window small and locked to an inner courtyard. With the humidity there is no other than having the AC all day on to be able to ventilate the room.

Good price for good place. Not exceeding expectations.

Very noisy, is in the area of rumba. In the Suite the noise is infernal. Ask us to change room and we were able to rest. The staff is excellent. Car parking is available. The rooms are fine. The breakfast is not good. I think the price is high for the noise and the breakfast.
