Beautiful place, its facilities are very beautiful between modern and natural, the smell that my room had was really magnificent, the service excellent and above all the tranquility that there is for its excellent location, recommended.

Since you arrive, your staff and the magical and different atmosphere of the place make you feel at home. They Use a mixture of ambience with nature and smells that will undoubtedly transport you to a spectacular place, The breakfast Aromax with fresh cheese, arepa, fried egg with a little tomato and spices prepared by Wilson was of the best.
Lina, its owner looks that I take care of every detail of the hotel from the staff that collaborates with it to the general decoration and of each room.
If you want to stop for a real relaxing time, this is the place.

I Do Not put zero, because there are no more values. The worst hotel in the world, Zero recommended. Don't Lose your money, you'll be treated badly at this hotel.

Hotel Aromax is by far the best hotel to stay at when you go to visit the beautiful city of Medellin. It has such a nice welcoming environment that you feel at home. What I like the most about this hotel is their innovating rooms, my favorite room was eucalyptus perfect scent to come to after a day of exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and they are willing to make your stay as pleasant as it can be.

Very clean hotel, with friendly staff and manager/owner. You can't beat with the smell of each room being different as well as different meanings of what the manager/owner wanted for each of the rooms. Not to mention the breakfast is not your typical breakfast — eggs, sausage, arepa, fritas, pancake with cheese on top, etc.

Very nice place and people. Get some rest in the garden, Jacuzzi or sauna. Price vs quality is perfect! Near zona Rosa; the place to be for good restaurants, bars, shops… or order a taxi who will bring you for $1. Advice: just take earplugs with you because it's an older building so sometimes you may here people enter the hotel.

When we arrived the manager was on his phone, he didn't even stop to help us with our luggage or even bother to introduce himself. We never got his name to date, he has a low cut hairstyle and works during the day. He pretty much was on his phone during our entire 3 day stay. We were put in the back room named frese where there was men working outside and looking in as I was getting dressed due to the low placed window. The room was quite dark so I had the blinds opened partially. I asked to be moved and this was the only time the manager was helpful. Checkout was even worse as he kept accusing us of having taken a drink from the minbar, our Spanish wasn't great but he didn't even try to help us understand. Frankly his manner was awful which is a shame considering how great and helpful the other members of staff are. Wouldn't stay there again.

Incredible experience in this luxury boutique hotel.

I had family guests from out of town and it was an unpleasant experience. First, they told us that they gave them a good price for being the week of the fair of the flowers and will pay the first night to have fixed reserve. When they arrived at the hotel changed them the alleged offer that had given them by the nights, and at the front desk told them that was only for one night. Disrespect and lack of Word.
To top it off, that night not let them sleep, because there were other guests which made too much noise. To request that please them to lower the noise and let sleep, they insulted them and the hotel did nothing to fix it. Lack of respect for other guests, and nobody did anything. The same thing happened the second night and hotel does not make for nothing nor did nothing either.
There is no selectivity of people who receive on-site, nor much less checking. Also girls 'pre-payment' making riot in the reception area, taconeando, rude, saying bad words in the area close to the other features.
At the time of the request for the reservation we were told that it was very quiet, and that was a complete lie.
In a room came a cockroach in a bath. You seem correct which in a hotel of EL POBLADO and this happens in an exclusive sector?
Where this as pest control badly needed on the "Hotels"?
