In a night in this hotel I've seen more cockroaches q in all my life I will never me hecharon to lose my stay in Medellin is amazing q this type of places to have permission to offer this service with such poor quality and zero cleaning as renting a hotel room with a bed infested with cockroaches? As they dare to charge you a service ahead of time and when you get to the fourth the cochon is voted, and without making any preparation or cleaning? Please do not book this hotel it is awful!

Very bad experience, make a reservation I arrive to Medellin I go to the hotel and they only tell me that welcome but I can not leave the cart and the first thing I said when I made the reservation is that I needed parking they just say no parking areas and neither give no solution and one without co Nocer very bad experience I do not recommend very rude in the attention do not say if there are no parking areas if you want to cancel the reservation — 5 stars.

I stayed 3 nights in the month of January at this hotel and I can say that it is very clean and the staff good, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is rich, the view is the restaurant is beautiful. Currently there is a lot of security at the main entrance, because to me I seem the only bad thing is the location even though it is in the center the street is somewhat dark at night there is a shopping square in front of the place where you can have very cheap and delicious lunch. Thank you!

Sleek, modern design. The rooms are clean and well maintained. 5 minutes to Metro San Antonio. 10 minutes to Parque Berrio. A simple breakfast is included.

Not a good and safe location for a foreigner. You can expect a surprise with your rooms.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I first got to my room, there was some hair on the floor in various places, which was a little off-putting. Otherwise the room was clean and well-equipped. The shower in the room could really do with a shower door to prevent water getting all over the floor and making it very slippery. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel this in all the center of Medellin upstairs has a very nice viewpoint you can take and eat in the evening and in the morning.

Location Ok, Wi-Fi a bit weak, booked to the late bird discount, high CP value, with breakfast, the room clean but see cockroach xd, bathroom no compartment.

I spent the new year with my husband at this hotel. The truth is the only thing I rescue is the Jacuzzi the outside noise is lousy its location is in the center and not a very safe place I would not recommend there are better places to stay. And much safer and close to the subway.

It has a central location in the city, close to the parks and tourist places on the terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city while you breakfast, in the evenings it works as a bar and restaurant the rooms are comfortable but do not have large windows, the bathroom is small, ideal for business trips.

The rooms are as they are published. It is a quiet hotel, a place for business travellers. The hotel is located in the center of Medellin, so its surroundings are very congested. But once you enter the hotel you are very quiet and safe.

A strategically located hotel in Medellin, its prices are just for the attention, cleanliness and the General Service that they offer. It is one block from a supermarket and about 4 blocks from a subway station, outside (the sector) may not be very nice, but inside your rooms and the restaurant you feel caught and safe.
The only downside I had during my stay was that during the 4 days I did not have TV service.

I stayed for a short time but I can tell you that it has a good bar. And their staff is great try to help you in everything you need.

The place has a great location if you want to be close to Medellín Downtown, the facilities are modern and clean, and stuff was nice. However, the in suite shower does not have a door or even a curtain so the water runs everywhere. If you are planning a getaway with your significant other, go for it; nonetheless, if you are planning to stay with friends sharing expenses. It won't be a good option.

This place is a trap. Scam. First of all the location can't be worse. Its a scary area waiting for naive tourists to be robbed. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 months of anticipation. When we arrived they found the booking but they didnt have rooms and they couldn't care less when they told us… oh sorry we don't have rooms left we don't really care about bookings. Their phones dont work. Their staff is rude. Rooms are expensive. They lobby looks like a cheap bar. Make yourself a favour and book a real hotel somewhere else. 11pm we were going around medellin in high season looking for a hotel. Basically the nightmare of any turist… we found good hotels in Laureles. Stay away from this SCAM! By the way the parking lot is a joke that fits no more than 5 cars. So your car will be on the street in the worst neighborhood of Medellin.

On the 26th of September we were at the hotel we had a reservation room 505, and on the return of our city tour we noticed that we had checked our bags and we were short of money in our wallet, we communicated with reception but only requested my mail and no longer we have received communication as I get my lost money back, because the fact is not the amount but the act of your employees, it was a good thing that it was not much, because but as one does in an extra country… Njero? So I demand that I get my money back because just cancelling the reservation is not enough I have to pay for a hotel more expensive than I had budgeted and mobilized at the last minute and very desagrab leexperience with you, and unfortunately I would not recommend to any d and my friends this hotel, basically very nice and everything but the security with the guests has no name.
To this day I expect the response of the minister a certain "Jonathan" that I am left to call back, since according to them they were checking the cameras "And it is a process" 5 days later, neither have called me nor answered my emails.

For my stay it was short the hotel was good, from the reception we received excellent attention both as well as the staff who attended us during our stay. In the room if we find 2 cockroaches which can be a little understandable by the sector where it is located, which is very traded and food establishments. The breakfast was good in relation to the price. I think people who demand a wider buffet don't take into account the value they pay. I stayed in the room with bathtub and had no inconvenience. If there is noise when facing the street but it was acceptable. The bed was very comfortable and the bar was very nice.

Great location near busy central metro station. Not too noisy in upper room. No real window in room but great view from breakfast/bar terrace above. Staff friendly and helpful. Attempted fancification impractical, but hotel clean and not expensive.

VIP rooms were great, tho the shower didn't work so well. Location for non local could be a little sketch after dark. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Location hotel very modern rooms, it seems to me that it is the hotel mas bonito from the center of the city, aside the terrace is only very nice view.

Great interior design, beautiful terrace with breathtaking view, nice breakfasts, helpful staff. But no one speaks English and rooms have pretty bad insulation. Also as it is located in historical center I would avoid to go out after dark as it doesn't feel safe.

Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center of Medellin, the sector is calm, which leads to a great advantage to be close to everything. The hotel is very good: neat, well-lit rooms, good ventilation, daily housekeeping of rooms without lack and the attention very friendly.

We had room on 7th floor. On 8th floor is a rooftop bar. There was big, very noisy party till 2 am. We asked reception for intervention, but lady said this is Colombia and this is normal. There was only small window in the room, just under ceiling, so no view outside at all. NO ONE speaks English there. There is only one elevator, to we and no stairs to the bar, so to get from 7th to 8th floor we needed to wait 4-6 minutes. If you want to pay at the bar by card, you need to go all the way to the reception, as there is no terminal at the bar. Because of one elevator — we lost another 15 minutes just to pay for a beer. Surroundings of the hotel are terrible — some mix of marketplace and bus terminal. Hotel may look nice, but is very bad organized. Avoid it if possible.

Pessimo. La calle es aspestosa y rrrrrrellena de gamines. La atencion es aun peor. Un dia no hay internet, otro dia no hay tele y al otro no hay aseo. Vi una pareja que esperaba 6 horas para un servicio … ya la recepcionista les gritaba a ellos! ella es una pura pesadilla. Busca hotel por otro lado!

The location is basically a nightmare, it is right by a crowded and seedy street where a bunch of buses pass (LOADS of fumes) and homeless people hang out doing homeless people things (harassing passersby, huffing glue and acting crazy). Once you navigate your way through a maze of filth (taxis also get lost finding the place), you will be greeted by probably the worst receptionist in the history of civilization. Constantly overwhelmed, brimming with excuses and as rude as she is judgmental, this woman will single-handedly ruin your stay if the seedy location does not. It is a shame because the hotel is relatively modern, comfortable and a good value. The rest of the staff is also pleasant. But, ask yourself, is unsafe and repulsive location in which one is hosted by a Medusa really the atmosphere I want on my vacation or business trip? Look elsewhere.
